Opening on December 20th 1924, The Cecil Hotel is located in what is now called "Skid Row" in Los Angeles California. It is a building that some considered cursed. Since its opening there has been countless suicides and murders; as well has being a base of operations for multiple serial killers such as Richard Ramirez(The Night Stalker) and is also the location of the bizarre death of Elisa Lam.
