This was definitely a relationship building episode ofLandman. Rebecca and “Charlie” open up more about who they are and it appears this is turning into a real relationship. WHOA! The show has always been dark but this episode…thisepisode will go down as the darkest in the series and one fans of the show will never forget. While the ending had us shocked the entire episode had unexpected events, such as Stevie throwing hands with Big Mark in the prison. We never know what craziness he’s going to pull, from dropping bricks off an over pass, shooting delivery guys, and perma-ending a friendship over drinks. Is Mike serious about Cindy? This episode reminds us that funerals can serve multiple purposes other than to morn. They can fix fractured relationships and strengthen a family’s bond. This was a turning point episode for the Norris family, for better or worse. Cami decides to do business with Danny WITHOUT consulting Tommy. Welcome to the House of Ashur!!! and if you’re asking yourself didn’t Ashur (Nick E. Tarabay) die in the original Starz Spartacus series? you would be correct. This is somewhat of a multiverse situation. Ashur gets a second chance at life. He’s told by Lucretia (Lucy Lawless) that he has killed Spartacus in this universe and is now the Dominus of the house. It’s a bit out there BUT if you don’t dwell on it and go along for the ride than you will be thoroughly entertained with all the over-the-top action and beautifully designed sets. Well, Monty left a huge mess for Cami and Tommy to clean up.Cami finds out the company has a bunch of LLCs along with bank loans but where is the actual money? Tommy meets with Cooper’s business partner Danny Gallino (Andy Garcia). Tommy skips over the pleasantries and goes straight into the insultswhich doesn’t go over well with Danny. Meanwhile Tommy’s crew come across a horrific scene at the drill site Tommy was thinking of picking up.
