I want to tell you a story that happened to me two years ago. I was in an accident where I was told I would never walk properly again . O would be constant pain, walk with limp and have to have steroids for the rest of your life life......I looked at the consultants in a top Bristol hospital in disbelief and walked out.. this is my story . I hope it brings you hope too.

I was taught that success meant working my socks off — striving, controlling, living in a constant state of anxiety. Accumulate money, retire, and eventually… die.
But relaxing always felt natural to me. Ease felt like home. I was told it was wrong, that I needed to “get my life together.” And for years, I believed that.
Until I didn’t.
In this episode, I share what I discovered when I finally stopped gripping life… and let it unfold
Have you ever felt trapped by your own thoughts — the ones that whisper you’re not good enough, not capable , your so lazy , ugly ,old , too late?
In this episode, I shares how I learned to recognise those inner voices, where they come from, and how to gently override them with truth and self-compassion to build a strong powerful mind and live an optimal life.to a full potential .
Regain our serenity and learn to trust our inner guidance and wisdom .
Starting this podcast was the scariest thing I’ve ever done — and I’ve done some crazy things over the years. I had so many stories running in my head:
You’re not good enough.
You’re too old (I’m 67!).
You haven’t got what it takes.
Look at what everyone else is doing.
Who do you think you are?
I read Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, but honestly? My interpretation was more like:
“Don’t feel the fear… and watch Netflix instead.”
This short solo episode, no editing , no mic, raw mistakes , is me choosing something different.
It’s facing the fear and showing up anyway, and stepping into my power — because I really believe that is where true transformation lies.
let's
together.
