The Walk Podcast
Processed for the Promise

Once I came into identity, God began to reveal the why, the promise behind the process.

This episode is about stepping into purpose. I share the journey of how I fasted for things like leaving an old job, going back to school, and moving cross country. God not only answered those prayers but also began opening doors I never even thought to ask for. From what I study now to my future career outlook, everything started aligning once I surrendered to the process.

I also talk honestly about the discomfort that comes with transformation, both within yourself and in how others perceive you. And how hard it can be to explain spiritual shifts to people who aren’t on the same journey. But even in that, God is faithful.

If you're in a place where you're wrestling with identity or wondering why your path feels unfamiliar, this back-to-back episode combo is for you. You're not just being broken down, you're being processed for something bigger!

Identity: Breaking Out of the Box

The first two episodes laid the foundation, but this is where the real work began; God started redefining my identity!

In this episode, I open up about my journey of discovering who I truly am in Christ and stepping into the calling He placed on my life. For a long time, I thought I was just dealing with “creative depression”—feeling stuck in photography, fashion, and all the spaces I once loved. But what I was really feeling was unfulfillment a deep, spiritual groaning that came from not walking fully in my purpose.

God began to show me that my identity wasn’t confined to a “creative box.” I started to realize that my creativity wasn't just artistic; it also showed up in problem-solving, in leadership, and in strategy. This episode is about giving up natural understanding in order to gain spiritual knowing and trusting God to define who I am and where I'm going.

Redefining Relationships

In this episode, I’m opening up about one of the hardest parts of my wilderness journey; losing friendships and learning how to rebuild with wisdom and grace.

We start with one of the most impactful shifts in my relationship with my mom. But the beautiful part? Our relationship didn’t end, it transformed! Then we dive into something many of us wrestle with, the loss of friendships! I open up about the season I lost three of my closest friends at once and how it left me feeling disoriented, cautious, and honestly… bewildered. (Yes, pun intended.)

In the end, I learned to pray for the kind of community I wanted, while becoming the kind of friend I needed. If you’ve ever felt friendless or unsure about where you belong, this episode is for you!

Building Discipline

In this episode, we’re talking all about discipline both natural and spiritual.
From prayer and devotion to fitness and clean living, I’m sharing the personal rhythms that have helped anchor me in the wilderness season. I’ll also open up about my decision not to drink, and how that choice has shaped my journey.

We’ll dig into what it really means to live a life of submission and surrender, and how daily disciplines can keep you grounded when everything else feels uncertain.

So let’s get into it; practical, spiritual, and real!

Intro: How it All Began

Welcome to the very first episode of my podcast, I'm so glad you're here!
Before we dive into the last five years of my life, let me catch you up on how this journey began. In this episode, I’ll introduce myself and set the stage for what’s ahead.

This season is called “The Wilderness.”
I know, the name might sound a little intense, but don’t worry you’re not alone. Stick around, laugh with me, and be encouraged. If you’re walking through your own wilderness right now, I promise it’s going to be okay!
