    11. There are no accidents – with Guinness World Record Mountaineer & Hypnotherapist Caroline Leon

    Buckle up, people. Our guest today is the one and only Caroline Leon. 

    Caroline Leon is an Australian climber renowned for her remarkable achievements in mountaineering, particularly her Guinness World Record for the fastest ascent of the Volcanic Seven Summits—the highest volcanoes on each continent. She accomplished this feat in 2023, completing all seven summits in 183 days. 

    In 2015, Caroline survived a life-threatening rock-climbing accident in Dubai, which resulted in severe injuries, including shattered feet, and fractures to her pelvis and spine. Despite initial prognoses suggesting she might never walk again, she underwent 14 surgeries, 23 blood transfusions, and two years of extensive rehabilitation, ultimately regaining her mobility.
