Zadie weaves in and out of their past and present lives as well that of their friends and families in London to create a beautiful tapestry of the different rich cultures that co-exist and clash in Samad's & Archie's world.


Published in 2000 this was Zadie Smith's debut novel that immediately became a bestseller and received numerous awards.
