This episode, I'm answering the questions I get asked quite often, especially now as a mama:
"Did you like growing up homeschooling?" (Well, unschooling, actually. Google it!)
“How did you go to college/make money/not become a reclusive weirdo?”
I share about = how that single, radical choice (shoutout to my brave parents 👋) shaped literally eeeverything about how I live, work, parent and lead now.
No bells. No grades. No tests. I did make my mom buy me a locker tho, so my school was "real". Bc OBVI a locker = true education.
Growing up unschooling gave me the keys to my education and taught me how to be the boss of my own life before I had my first "real job". It showed me what it meant to follow my curiosity, trust my instincts, and build my life around desire instead of obligation. It taught me how to self-boss™ long before I ever ran a biz.
It made me a rule-questioner. A self-trusting, joy-prioritizing, curiosity-fueled little freaky freak, and eventually, an entrepreneur with a strong inner compass. I know it's not for everyone (nor does everyone have the access/priveledge to do so), but I get asked.
We dive into:
If you’ve ever felt like the world wasn’t built for your brain…
If you’ve ever been the one asking “why do we do it this way?” while everyone else shrugs…
If you’re in the thick of remembering who you were before the world told you who to be…
This episode is for you! Come curl up with me. This one’s truthy. This one’s a love letter to the part of you that’s always known there was another way.

Uplevel Your Biz Magic!
Our bodies are always speaking to us, but most of us were never taught how to listen.
Instead, we’re taught to numb, push through, perform, optimize, transcend, and “be productive.” We try to think our way out of fear. We try to affirm our way out of dysregulation. We try to logic our way into clarity.
But what if the clarity, the courage, the creativity, the capacity you’re craving… is already living in your body?
This conversation with Shantani Moore — Body Intelligence Coach and nervous system expert — is one of the most energizing, truth-telling, paradigm-shifting episodes we’ve ever had on the pod. She’s funny, brilliant, wildly compassionate, and refreshingly honest about what “doing the work” really means (and what it absolutely doesn’t).
We talk about the difference between intuition and instinct, how to relate to hard things without collapsing, why anxiety might actually be your secret weapon, and what happens when the wellness industry turns healing into performance.
If you’ve ever wondered…
“Is this fear… or is this my intuition?”
“Why do I keep abandoning myself?”
“Why does success still feel stressful?”
“Why do I look regulated but feel like chaos inside?”
…this one’s going to land deep.
Shantani is the real deal — and I know you’re going to love her.

You know that point in your biz where the work that once lit you up starts asking something new of you? Maybe new systems, new boundaries, new levels of self-leadership?
That’s exactly what today’s conversation explores.
In this episode, I'm sitting down with Tonya Papanikolov, the founder and CEO of RAINBO — a functional mushroom and adaptogen company built on a foundation of integrity, curiosity, and deep reverence for the natural world.
Tonya’s story moves from holistic nutritionist and yoga practitioner to visionary product-based founder, blending together science, spirituality, and entrepreneurship in the most magnetic way. We talk about nervous system wisdom, feminine leadership, working with your partner, and what it really looks like to grow a soul-led business that scales, without losing your magic.
This conversation is pure medicine for anyone evolving in their biz — especially if you’ve ever wondered how to scale without hardening, or how to stay in your creative flow while leading others. It’s juicy and full of wisdom on entrepreneurship, embodiment, and what it means to build a company that’s as alive and intentional as you are.

As artists and creative entrepreneurs, we’ve all heard people talk about finding your zone of genius. And while I love the intention behind it, lately it’s started to feel a little limiting — like maybe what we actually need isn’t more “genius”… but more aliveness.
What if instead of asking, “What am I the best at?” we asked, “What makes me feel most alive?”
This is your Zone of Aliveness — the place where your work feels like an extension of your energy, your curiosity, and your joy. It’s not about optimizing or mastering or narrowing in, but instead about expanding. It’s about finding the places in your work and creativity that light you up from the inside out.
Shoutout to @tonyapapanikolove for interviewing me on her podcast about this theme and inspiring me to create a full solo episode on it!
In this episode, I share what that shift has looked like for me — and how it’s changed the way I create, the way I work with clients, and honestly, the way I see success.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in a version of your business that’s working on paper but not working for your soul… this one’s for you.

That little voice in your head that says: burn it all down and begin again?
That’s exactly what artist Nicole Leth did. After a decade running a wildly successful clothing line (stores, press, big following), she walked away to return to what felt true. Now her work shows up where you least expect it — on billboards, in murals, as anonymous postcards, even written across the sky.
Nicole shows us what it looks like to listen to your intuition even when it’s wildly inconvenient.
This one is raw, brave, and so inspiring for anyone who’s ever wondered: what if I let myself create what I actually need?
Trigger warning: suicide, grief, mental health; brief mention of sex trafficking.

I’m coming to you live from my pleasure walk in Jersey (the Channel Island), purple-toothed from roadside blackberries, lavender oil in hand, and a whole sermon in my bones about play, intuition, and letting your biz evolve.
This one is part forest AirPod voice note, part love letter to your creative life force. If you’ve been in “rinse, repeat, scale, scale, scale” mode, consider this your gentle dare to go do something fun — not as a reward for being productive, but as a strategy for being creative.

If you’re an artist, designer, choreographer, singer, jeweler, or creative founder building something beautiful (and heavy) by yourself: you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’ve ever been curious about what it looks like to start a product-based biz, get into retailers, or alchemize your own struggle into something that serves others, you’re gonna eat this convo right up.
I had the pleasure of chatting with Catherine and Lauren Lee — endometriosis warriors, founders of Semaine Health, and just all-around powerhouses when it comes to turning pain into purpose. We go deep into their own journeys with endo, PCOS, and IBS — and how what started as pain and suffering became not just relief, but the birth of Semaine Health!
And even if you’re not biz-curious — if you’re just a human with a uterus — this episode is such an inspiring conversation about women’s health, period pain, menopause, stress, and the magic of plants.
This one is such a blend of personal, practical, and powerful. Catherine and Lauren are hilarious, brilliant, and so generous in sharing their story.
And full disclosure: I am literally chewing on one of their PMS gummies as I type this. They’re basically anti-inflammatory candy and I cannot keep them in my house because my husband and my five-year-old eat them all.
So, whether you’re here for the biz inspo, the period relief, or just to hear two badass women talk about turning pain into power — dive in. You’re gonna love it!
Trigger warning: Endometriosis, emergency surgery, and cesarean birth.
Wanna get your inflammation (HsCRP) and other labs checked to see if you're headed toward systemic inflammation? I LOVE Function Health labs!

Okay, I’m back in the closet (aka: my DIY podcast studio) for a juicy AF training episode on something I’ve been living, breathing, and teaching: how to SELL how you serve — aka in a way that feels like an extension of your already aligned service.
Because let’s be real — a lot of us get itchy at the word “selling.” You’d rather people just found your work and loved it. But what if your content, your presence, your storytelling… was the sale?
In this episode, I’m unpacking:This one’s part storytelling, part workshop, part permission slip to do business your way.
If you’re a creative, artist, healer, or heart-led entrepreneur who struggles to “sell yourself,” this is the reframe your nervous system has been craving.
P.S. Craving support to build a biz that feels fun again?→ I’ve got spots open for 1:1 mentorship and space inside the Elevated Mastermind Circle.

Chat with Abbi!If you’re not familiar with Katie — uh, you're welcome — because she's just such a beautiful human. Katie is a writer, podcast producer and host, and the voice behind Let It Out, which has been running weekly since 2013 (yes, over 12 years!). She also co-hosts Spiraling, a podcast about anxiety, and her book Let It Out is a field guide for writing for emotional well-being.
This episode is all about what it really looks like to create meaningful work over the long haul — especially when the platforms, seasons, and strategies are constantly changing. It’s a tender, transparent look at pivoting in public, navigating career transitions, and staying devoted to creativity even when things feel murky.
Katie is such a heartfelt, creative being, and I love the way she cares deeply about humans — it really shows in how she creates in the world. You’re going to love this one if you’re a creative, someone leading a heart-led life, or if you’re thinking about the courage to evolve.
We also laugh (a lot), cry a little (okay, me), and reflect on what it means to participate deeply in your life, your neighborhood, and your work.

Today I’m joined by my dear friend Samantha Jo — Pleasure Queen and creator of The Pleasure Codes, a spiritual, somatic method for thriving and exponential growth.
She has such a phenomenal way of approaching pleasure. Honestly, I don’t always resonate with folks in the pleasure space ⎯ sometimes it feels performative or exhibitionist in a way that doesn’t land for me. (Which is funny, because I used to be an actress and love being seen on stage!) But Samantha's work is the polar opposite.
Samantha guides visionary women and rebels at heart beyond overwhelm and limitations into their most iconic, liberated, prosperous, and pleasure-filled reality. Blending sacred sexuality, nervous system expansion, and energetics, she helps high-level leaders and entrepreneurs unlock their deepest magnetism, wealth, and impact with ease.
Through her classes, courses, 1:1 coaching, and her signature six-month mastermind The Temple, she empowers women to embody their full radiance, reclaim their desires, and normalize the extraordinary.
She’s so aligned. So grounded. So juicy.
She talks about her holy calling as being a steward of the pleasure revolution — and it’s beautiful. Feminine. Sacred. And ultimately, so supportive of the entrepreneurial journey that it felt absolutely perfect to bring her on today.
We had an epic convo — like, truly — talking everything from sexy time with her husband, to the evolution of their marriage: from separation… to gourmet sex, and how they saved their marriage. I find her work so fascinating because it’s rooted in science and somatics and so easily transposable to business.
If you’re thinking, “What does pleasure have to do with business?” The answer is: Everything. Everything. EVERYTHING.
So grab a bevy, get cozy, and prepare to fall in LOVE with Samantha!

And we make money by selling our products and services. I used to cringe at all of this (sales felt icky and tacky). But if what you do makes people’s lives better — whether you’re a babysitter, florist, massage therapist, or anything else — then it’s your DUTY to share it. Full stop.
In this episode, I'm walking you through my intuitive framework for lead gen that skips the bro-marketing and starts with this simple truth: Your message matters. And your people can’t buy from you if they don’t know you exist.
If lead gen has felt hard, awkward, or exhausting, this episode is your permission slip to reimagine it.

Chat with Abbi! We’re diving into this question in episode 25 with my dear love, Shaina Evoniuk. She’s a powerhouse human. A mama. A musician. A genre-defying creative. And wow — you’re going to love this firecracker of a human and all she shares in this episode.
Shaina and I actually met way back in 2009 during a yoga training. We were paired up as “yoga buddies” and from the second I met her, I adored her fire. (Also... she’s an Aries. I married an Aries. I birthed an Aries. Sooo I clearly have a type.)
Shaina is a classically trained violinist with a career that’s anything but classical. She’s toured the world, played with artists like Leon Bridges, Lizzo, and Shawn Mendes, and performed at iconic venues like Carnegie Hall and the Super Bowl. She’s also the founder of multiple ensembles, a go-to contractor for major brands and events, and a true creative force in every sense of the word.
In this episode, we dive into:So yeah. Shaina knows her shit. She’s not just a wildly talented artist — she’s a brilliant, inspiring creative entrepreneur with so much wisdom to share.
If you’re someone who gigs, contracts, or pieces together your work in creative ways, this one’s especially for you!
Connect with Shaina:Mentioned in This Episode:Can you make something go viral? Let’s talk about it…
Today’s episode is a juicy book-club-meets-marketing-masterclass moment inspired by my latest read, Contagious by Jonah Berger. This one was originally for my Elevated Mastermind babes (yes, we have a book club because I'm obsessed with #AlwaysLearning), but the takeaways were too good not to share. Think: virality explained, minus the gimmicks, plus essential oils and metaphorical $100 steaks.
So if you’ve ever wondered why some ideas spread like wildfire and others fizzle out—and how to ethically, soulfully create something worth sharing—let’s dive in.
I’m riffing on:
From emotional storytelling to strategic brand partnerships, we’re unpacking Jonah's six steps that make things contagious and how to apply them without selling your soul to the algorithm.
This isn’t about going viral just for the likes. It’s about making your message matter, helping your people feel something, and showing up in a way that sticks.
Grab a cozy bevvy, crack open your notes app (or your fave pen and paper), and let’s goooo.

Chat with Abbi! This is SUCH a fun convo I had with Chelsea Riffe, world traveler and the host of the hit podcast, In My Non-Expert Opinion, a top 1% pod known for bringing transparency around biz, creativity, and travel. She's a dedicated podcast strategist helping women take down the patriarchy one episode at a time. She's also been my personal pitching coach, which has been SUCH. A. Dream. (For all the spiritual peeps, she's an Aquarius Sun, Virgo Moon, Virgo Rising—same as me! #twins!—and a 6/2 Reflector in Human Design.)
We talked about the capacity battery of being an entrepreneur and being a creative. We talked about why you deserve a seat at the table, why your message matters. We talked about running a lean biz. We talked about seasonal business and cyclical business and taking breaks and riding the waves of launches. We talked about her work BTS and why you don't need to help everyone in the world to scale your business. And if it's not obvious—podcasts. We talked about the power of a good ole' POD!
You're gonna freaking love this if you're a digital nomad, if you're someone who's pivoted industries in your biz, or if you just love a good story about expressing yourself and creating your ideal biz—not what you see in the world, but what honors your capacity, who you are, and how you want to work. If you're thinking of starting your own podcast, or curious about the importance of podcasts as part of your marketing strategy, this is going to light a fire under your sweet booty.

How do you know when you're doing enough? Oh, that's easy! Wait — doesn't everybody have systems around enoughness in their biz? No??? Well, that changes now!
For most of my biz I didn't feel like I was doing enough. And I'm a human — I'm not gonna lie to you and tell you I've cracked the code and am now the highest achiever all day, every day. No. But I have created systems around my expectations of myself so that I'm able to check out of work on the weekends and feel like I've moved the needle on what matters. In short? I've done enough.
This episode is all about the metrics, the systems, and the symptoms that finally let you know you're doing enough—because we're not here just to do enough. We're here for the extra. The success, the legacy, the magic, the story. We're here for the abundance that overflows from us onto the world around us.
We’re unpacking how to define your personal metrics for enoughness, build rhythms that support your energy and creativity, and feel SUCCESSFUL without burning out. You’re going to hear me riff on:
This is your permission slip to stop chasing the mythical "enough" and start creating systems that prove to your brain and body that you're already doing more than okay.

Have you ever held back from posting, launching, or selling because you felt like you weren’t “ready”? Maybe you’ve told yourself, “Once I edit one moooore time,” or “Once I tweak thissss,” THEN I’ll show up? Yeah, gonna call BS on that as serving your biz magic.

If you’ve been waiting for permission to show up, this is it.

Dani’s a writer on a mission to find the most honest ways to say the things we most need to hear. Her new book, Waves Come in Sets, just launched, and her story is so deeply relatable. She’s been following the creative impulse since she was young, weaving writing, photography, space holding, and community building into the fabric of her life. Dani is a living example of courage as a creative act ⎯ and creativity as an act of courage.
