After a long Holiday Break and life occurrences, we are back with our first episode of 2023 (Honestly, still trying to process 2020)! The segments you know and love, Balls to the Walls, Tiffany's Mental Health Moment, and "Did you go to Ulta this week?", are here for your enjoyment. As per usual. we have plenty more to discuss with tangents, sidebars, and laughs. We also want to recognize @raquelmartinphd for her work in psychology, education, and mental health awareness. She's highlighted in this week's Mental Health Moment and the Bonus Footage from our pre-session at the very end of this episode. Once again, thank you for listening and we appreciate all the support. Looking forward to the next chapter of our journey with all of you in 2023!

After a lost episode and life happening, we are back with another episode (We believe its #7)
We get the scoop on Tiffany's 20-year high school reunion and find out who had the best glow-up from the graduating class of 2002 at Parkway West. Also, we touch on the recent death of Aaron Carter and share our thoughts. The midterm elections have taken place and we have quite a bit to talk about there, our opinions, and how it affects the 2024 Presidental election. As per usual, the red states are acting up as we discuss the recent incident at the University of Kentucky where Freshman #KylahSpring was the victim of a hate crime by a now-former white student. We explain why the former student did not get the ass whoopin' she well deserved!!! That leads us to the weekly Mental Health Moment covering racism and mental health. Of course, we talk about whether or not either of us went to Ulta in the past week and we wrap with our Deep Thought.
We want to thank all of you for listening and for your continued support!

We had some technical difficulties last week and we apologize for the delay in posting our latest episode...WE BACK!!!! This week we cover some celebrity news as we pay our respects to the great Angela Lansbury. Also, we have "GOOD BLACK NEWS" (thank you @demetriallucas for the phrase) as we show our appreciation for Jonathan Majors and his "abs"olutely outstanding cover on November 2022 issue of Men's Health. There is news from St. Louis that involves people acting up in Walmart and we are not happy(or proud) of it. We get a little political too this week, as we talk about the Wisconsin Senate debate and the disrespectful behavior that took place from incumbent Johnson towards Lieutenant Governor J. Mandela Barnes. Tiffany has a great clip for her Mental Health Moment segment and as always more in between. Thank you all for your support and we hope you continue to grow with us...ENJOY LISTENING!!!
