Okay so two jokes I would like to dive in on from this episode and ruin with math, the first being Juliann asking Santa for 1 percent of the 1 percents net worth for Christmas. I did the math for just the number one richest person Elon Musk who at time of recording hasn’t officially received his 1 Trillion guarantee in stocks from Tesla, so he’s only working with 500 Billion Dollars, so just 1 percent from only him is giving Juliann 5 Billion American Dollars, placing her in the 1 percent. The second joke is the idea Jessica had that would be a Non-Profit Casino where the proceeds go to charity, so I looked into the estimated revenue that the now Defunct Circus Circus in Las Vegas made annually, and it was roughly 160 Million a Year, which is pretty close to the amount that Elon Musk donates in a year. Which does seem like a lot, but I will say that with his making about 100 Billion a year in Stock that’s him donating 0.0016% of what he makes a year, which is like someone who is making 50k a year donating 80 dollars, which is for both examples about 4 working hours a year going towards charity, and every little bit helps so we encourage you to donate to a cause that matters to you!
