It is Important to do a self Inventory on yourself. “How do I feel today.” Did I eat today.” Asking yourself questions to make sure you are whole is important! If you are not ok, correct that first before you move forward.
Stop looking at social media and comparing your life to the things you see. A lot of things you see is not real! So you think your life is a total mess from the nonsense you see. People don’t post their failures only success. Get off social media and detox from it. Work on yourself and get into the real world and the real world is not what you see on social media.
