Why Do People Reject Jesus
11/23/2025 Mark 6:1-5 Why Do People Reject Jesus Intro: Jesus was ministering in Nazareth His home town. This was his last mission work in His home town. Beginning in verse 7 he sent his disciples out two by two to other villages. In Nazareth He went to the synagogue as was His practice when entering His home town. He finds back home that people are amazed at His teaching and His amazing miracles. But there was a disconnect with Jesus. They rejected Him and His message. Why Would they do that?

The Millennial Reign Of Christ Part Two
11/23/2025 What is the Purpose of the Millennium? From Got Questions.com--The millennium (also known as the millennial kingdom) is the 1,000-year reign of Jesus after the tribulation and before the Great White Throne Judgment of the wicked. During the millennium, Jesus will reign as king over Israel and all the nations of the world (Isaiah 2:4; 42:1). The world will live in peace (Isaiah 11:6–9; 32:18), Satan will be bound (Revelation 20:1–3), and, at the beginning, everyone will worship God (Isaiah 2:2–3). The purpose of the 1,000-year reign is to fulfill various promises God made to the world. Some of these promises, called covenants, were given specifically to Israel. Others were given to Jesus, the nations of the world, and creation. Jesus’ 1,000-year reign will be a time of promises kept.

Why We Should Trust In God
11/16/2025 Psalm 4:1-8 Why We Should Trust In God Intro: Why should I trust in God? People die of tragedies. Wicked people get all the breaks. Why doesn’t God give me good things I’m a good person? Why does everything go wrong for me? People are hurting, downcast, ready to give up. How do I know this? They elected a Marxists communist in New York only on the hope that their lives might be better. The Democrats and the Republicans have not got it done for people. Most people in the world are NOT happy and have very little to be joyful about. I can tell you with absolute certainty that the source of all joy and all hope is found in a right relationship with your creator.

The Millennial Reign Of Christ
11/16/2025 The millennial kingdom is the future reign of Jesus Christ on earth as He sits on David’s throne in Jerusalem. Everyone who enters that kingdom will be redeemed by God and therefore righteous (see Isaiah 35:8–10). Among those redeemed will be two distinct groups of people: those with glorified physical bodies and those with natural, earthly bodies. Those who occupy the millennial kingdom with glorified bodies can be divided into three subgroups: the church, whose bodies were either resurrected or changed at the rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:13–18; 1 Corinthians 15:21–23, 51–53); tribulation martyrs, who are resurrected after Christ returns to earth (Revelation 20:4–6); and the Old Testament saints, who we assume are resurrected at the same time (see Daniel 12:2). Those who occupy the kingdom with earthly bodies have survived the tribulation and can be subdivided into two groups: believing Gentiles and believing Jews.

The God Of Israel
11/9/2025 Jeremiah 31:1-3 and 35-37 The God Of Israel Intro: The world seems intent on picking a fight with God Himself. There is so much hatred for Jews and Israel today that it is off the charts. Tucker Carlson interviewed Nick Fuentes….. a young podcaster who is known for denying the Holocaust and praising Hitler and oh by the way he claims to be a Christian. Catholic no doubt. The Catholic church is very anti-Jewish. Fuentes hates Christian Zionists. Tucker Carlson hates Christian Zionists. Candace Owens a famous podcaster hates Christian Zionists. She is Catholic also. What is a Christian Zionist? A follower of Jesus Christ by faith and trust and who believes that Israel is forever God’s chosen people. They believe in Israel’s right to exist is Biblical and in the land belongs to God. We don’t believe that everything Israel does is right. But like a wayward brother they are part of our family and we support them even while we don’t like everything they do.

Is Ninevah's Destruction A Sign For The World Today?
11/9/2025 Nahum 3:1-19 Ninevah’s Complete Ruin Intro: Given the limited amount of information that we know about Nahum, the best we can do is narrow the timeframe in which the Book of Nahum was written to between 663 and 612 B.C. Two events are mentioned that help us to determine these dates. First, Nahum mentions Thebes (No Amon) in Egypt falling to the Assyrians (663 B.C.) in the past tense, so it had already happened. Second, the remainder of Nahum’s prophecies came true in 612 B.C. Nahum did not write this book as a warning or “call to repentance” for the people of Nineveh. God had already sent them the prophet Jonah 150 years earlier with His promise of what would happen if they continued in their evil ways. The people at that time had repented but now lived just as bad if not worse than they did before. The Assyrians had become absolutely brutal in their conquests (hanging the bodies of their victims on poles and putting their skin on the walls of their tents among other atrocities). Now Nahum was telling the people of Judah to not despair because God had pronounced judgment and the Assyrians would soon be getting just what they deserved.

It is a great High…but It’s a good High. Getting high on Jesus who is the cornerstone of all God is doing in the universe. It is Jesus who is the living stone and He makes all those who trust in Him to be Lively or living STONES….plural. Once we are stoned what happens next?

When People Turn From God
11/2/2025 Amos 8:1-14 When People Turn From God Intro: To better understand a difficult message, it’s often helpful to understand the messenger. Amos, along with Hosea, Isaiah, and Micah, prophesied during the eighth century BC. The Jews had split into two nations, the northern kingdom, Israel, and the southern kingdom, Judah. It is interesting to note that Amos had no formal theological training; he was a farmer who raised livestock and sycamore figs (Amos 7:14). Interesting, too, is the fact that Amos, who resided in Judah, was sent by God to preach in the northern kingdom. As is often the case among a rebellious people, Amos’s calls for national repentance were met with hostility (Amos 7:12). Let’s examine the 8th chapter of Amos of the results when people turn from God.

Salt can give flavor and it can even heal. But if salt gets old it loses it’s saltiness and is used for road salt. What does that have to do with the Christian life? Everything!

Great News For Israel
10/5/2025 Hosea 3:4-5 Great News For Israel ….Jesus Will Be their King Intro: Hosea was to the northern kingdom what Jeremiah was to the southern kingdom, a weeping prophet. Hosea looked in the future to the Assyrian captivity of the northern kingdom, just as Jeremiah looked forward to the Babylonian captivity of the southern kingdom. Hosea’s prophecy is closely related to that of Amos. Both Amos and Hosea prophesied to the northern kingdom, although Amos was a native of the southern kingdom and Hosea of the northern kingdom. Hosea was the younger contemporary of Amos, and because their ministries overlap, there is much similarity in the sins they condemn. In Amos, the prophetic discourses are very pronounced, while in Hosea, because of the intense personal involvement of the prophet, they are not very distinctly defined from one another, a fact that makes the book difficult to outline. Hosea dates his prophecy” in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel” (1:1). Hosea’s ministry extended from about (770 to 725 B.C.). Thus, his active ministry ceased a few years before Assyria carried the northern kingdom into captivity (in 722 B.C.). The theme of Hosea is God’s loyal love for His covenant people, Israel, in spite of their idolatry. Thus, Hosea has been called John (the apostle of love) of the Old Testament. The Lord’s true love from His people is unending and will tolerate no rival Hosea’s message contains much condemnation, both national and individual, but at the same time, he poignantly portrays the love of God toward His people with passionate emotion. Hosea was instructed by God to marry a certain woman and experience with her a domestic life which was a dramatization of the sin and unfaithfulness of Israel. The marital life of Hosea and his wife, Gomer, who at times was a prostitute, provide the rich metaphor which clarifies the themes of the book; sin, judgment and forgiving love.

Israel Is God's Forever
10/5/2025 Joel 3:1-2 The God Of Israel Joel 3:1 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, The Lord says, “At that time I will restore the prosperity of Judah and Jerusalem. For behold, in those [climactic] days and at that time, When I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, Joel 3:2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. I will gather all the nations and bring them to the Valley of Judgment. There I will judge them for all they have done to my people. They have scattered the Israelites in foreign countries and divided Israel, my land. I will gather together all the [Gentile] nations [that were hostile to My people] And bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat (the Lord has judged). And there I will deal with them and enter into judgment with them there For [their treatment of] My people, My inheritance, Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations, And [because] they have encroached on My land and divided it up.

The Greatness Of Christ
9/28/2025 Philippians 2:5-11 The Greatness Of Christ Intro: The Bible says in Acts 4:10-12 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. The greatness of Christ. The on rejected of Israel and rejected by the Gentiles has become the head cornerstone of the church and all of humanity! It’s all about Jesus…that’s how great He is! Everything points to Jesus!

The Peoples King
9/21/2025 1 Samuel 10:19-27 The People’s King Intro: God was to be Israel’s king but they rejected God and that left Samuel the prophet in a difficult situation. God assured Samuel that they have not rejected Samuel but God Himself. The people wanted to be like the nations around them. They wanted what they thought was going to free them from the shackles of the Hebrew law and all it’s rules and regulations. But all the years of kings was mostly disaster for Israel. First was Saul then David, and Solomon, There were 39 kings that reigned over Israel and Judah. Saul, David and Solomon were kings in the unified Israel and Judah. After Solomon the kingdoms divided. Israel had 20 kings and all were evil. Judah had 19 kings and 8 were pretty good. Asa, Jehoshapat, Joash, Amaziah, Azariah, Jotham, Hezekiah and Josiah. God had hoped for so much for His people Israel but they rejected Him and for four hundred years they lived under kings that were basically a disaster especially after David and Solomon. Jesus Christ will be the King of the Jews during the millennium. God is not against monarchy’s if He is the monarch!

God is going to cause a whole lot of shaking going on. Earthquakes seem to be a super sign of the end times. We are seeing a great increase in earthquakes or at least we can now get reports from all over the world about earthquakes to make it seem like there are more. But this message is not about earthquakes but God’s judgment coming against a religion that has hated Jews this their conception.

No Fear Of God In The Last Days
Joshua 2:9-11 No Fear Of God In The Last Days Intro: Rahab the Harlot lived in Jericho. God’s people were getting ready to conquer Jericho and move on into the promised land. Rahab had heard of God’s people and their power. She was trying to help the two spies sent by Joshua to spy out the land. She was terrified of God’s people. Which means she was also terrified of their God. Do we fear God in these last days? Do we respect His people both Jews and Christians? The answer to both is a resounding NO!
