She walks me through everything:

As a hairdresser’s hairdresser who’s been behind the chair for almost three decades, I’m not here to bash anyone. I’m here to talk about value, expectations, transparency, and professionalism in an era where a single appointment can cost as much as a vacation.

We also get into the “Hair in 4K” merch, the online mocking, and how that landed from Zoey’s perspective as a paying client.
