Flying solo for the final episode of the year! Jeffo is dying sick and waiting on a call for his new house keys (which came 30 minutes after filming 🏠🔑), while Conor finishes the year with a black eye courtesy of his 12-year-old brother 🥊 Clearly, we’re on very different paths in life 🤣

With it being the festive season, we dive into classic Hallmark movies 🎥 — the feel-good, predictable romcoms that come alive in December 🎄 Conor and Karl are fans… Jeffo, not so much 😂

Things got heated as we talked goals for 2026, the podcast nearly ended right here 👀 We’ve all got goals but Jeffo wants to remind everyone that it’s one thing saying it BUT you just need to DO IT 🤣

We dive into mad school stories that would never fly nowadays (thankfully), hilarious pranks like sticking a wrestler’s name on the attendance sheet, and ask the real questions: was Jeffo soft? Was he a pretty boy? Was Conor tougher at 13 than he is now? 🤣

We also relive the childhood experiences that terrified us—being threatened with being left home alone, the dark, and those unexplainable noises 👀

Episode #64 — “ASOS” with Taylor Gaynor

It took just over a year, but Jeffo has finally met his match for angriest man to ever come on the podcast 😂 ARE YOU STUPID OR SOMETHING??

Taylor is as angry as Jeffo and humps as much as Conor, so obviously this episode was destined for madness 😂 We laughed more in this one than we have in ages — he lost us the second he admitted he called in sick to work because he was nervous 🤣

We get into everything: Taylor having to go out to the shed just to curse 🫤 trying to rope him into our trading team 💻 convincing him that Fire Sticks are actually ahead of their time (literally)👀 and loads more 🤣

Our goal with guests is always simple: have a normal chat and a good laugh like mates — not an “interview.” And with Taylor, we think we absolutely nailed it. What a legend 🤣

We chat about everything: from the early days of convincing people MMA was worth covering, to building relationships with Europe’s biggest stars — names like Paddy Pimblett, Tommy Aspinall, and Conor McGregor. We have a very interesting chat that could have gone on for hours!

Episode #51 were joined by former Professional footballer Richie Towell ⚽️

This week we’re joined by the legend himself, Richie Towell. We hear all about his story from signing with Celtic at just 15 and making his SPL debut at 19, to a loan spell at Hibs, a stint with his local side Bluebell United, and then tearing up the league with Dundalk and how his form earned him a move to Brighton, where he proved the doubters who laughed when he said he’d play in England again wrong. Eventually, he returned home and signed for Shamrock Rovers in 2021 before recently hanging up the boots!

Richie brings plenty of laughs and brilliant stories, including the time while at Celtic he knocked on the gaffer’s door to ask why he wasn’t playing, hilarious ending 🤣 Beyond the laughs, he also shares the mindset, dedication, and resilience it takes to succeed in football — a dream job for every kid around the world.
