Eldred is a qualified Physical Therapist, Exercise Scientist, and respected speaker, and has presented numerous local and international workshops, radio talks, podcasts, and TV shows about gaming. He was addicted to gaming for 20 years with a staggering 30,000 hours' worth of game time and fully understands the complexity of addiction. Now, fully rehabilitated, Eldred invested the last 5 years intensely studying his addiction and researching the spiritual, neurophysiological, emotional, and physical effects of addiction.
Last episode we had the pleasure of discussing more about Eldred's testimony and the devastating effects of video game addiction. This time, though, we picked Eldred's brain on specifically how he thinks video games are affecting children today. Eldred also shared tips for parents about how to “wean” their kids off of video games!
