In a culture of cancelling and cutting people off, we are still called to forgive.Forgiveness is hard, it’s messy and layered. In this episode, I share my own journey of forgiveness through church hurt, friendship betrayal, and heartbreak. I talk about how God gave me space to validate my pain, wrestle with anger and be human.Forgiveness isn’t pretending it didn’t hurt. It’s trusting God enough to release it, knowing He sees, He cares, and He is just.In this episode, I cover:- The tension between empathy for others and acknowledging your own pain.- Permitting yourself to feel anger, grief, and disappointment without shame.- The struggle of letting go while still wanting justice.- How humility and the cross transform our perspective on ourselves and others.✨ Hopefully, this episode gives you the courage to release what you’ve been holding onto.
Locking in isn’t about being perfect or chasing some “aesthetic,” it’s about showing up, being consistent, and taking small steps even when it feels messy. In this episode, I get real about what it means to lock in for your goals, your growth, and even your survival in tough seasons. If this resonates, drop a comment with how you’re locking in this season, and don’t forget to subscribe for more honest conversations about growth, faith, and showing up.

Happy 2025! In today's episode, I explore the challenge of being before becoming.
Healthy friendships require both giving and receiving grace. This episode explores the importance of knowing and understanding your friends, leaning on your friends on the hard days, and praying for the capacity to support your friends (and for them to support you).
As we navigate adulthood, our connections often shift and evolve. In this episode of "Friendships, Friendships, Friendships," we'll dive deep into the changing landscape of adult friendships. Join us as we explore the adjustments we all face and how we navigate them with grace.
Mental health can often feel like going in circles, but there's always hope, even if it's unseen. Join me as I share my mental health journey, a path rigged with its hills and valleys, but ultimately one anchored by hope.
