My Big Five Results

Many researchers believe that there are five core personality traits. The Big Five Aspect Scale is something that Dillon brought up in the last episode of Unfiltered Fitness Radio as a test to gain valuable insight to better understand oneself.  In today's episode we go over where I fall on the spectrum of each of the 5 big personality traits. Dillon shares how we can use these results to better ourselves and understand how we interact with the World.

What does this have to do with fitness? Well, everything in my opinion. If we lack self awareness, it's going to be really hard to achieve our goals, and even harder perhaps to even form a clear and honest goal.
