
Hello everyone :) welcome back to the pod, I hope everyone is well and had an amazing week. In today's episode as you can see by the title, I talk about 5 things I wish I knew before getting into fitness. I talk about my personal journey and encounters I came across since starting fitness in 2015. I have always been in sports, but I was just in sports not really taking my health/everything else more seriously. My perspective has really changed over the years on how I see it, I have really focused on making it a lifestyle rather than something I am always stressing about (if that makes sense)...anyways, I hope you enjoy the podcast episode.
