
Hi everyone <3 in today's episode, I talk about how to become the best version of you. I know there are plenty of books, TED Talks, YouTube, and TikTok videos out there talking about the same topic. In this episode, I talk about 7 different ways of becoming the best version of you. In all honesty, I think we all know how to be the best version of ourselves, I think a lot of us (even myself) need to believe and take action. It's easy to get caught up in old routines and things that make us feel comfortable, but is it making us better?
