
Good morning everyone, currently 4:24 am. Welcome back to the pod! In today's episode, I was very inspired by another podcast by Katy Austin talking about how to boost your confidence. Confidence can come naturally for some, yet for many, it is a daily practice to feel good about yourself. I talk about three different categories comparing, self-care, and affirmations, and explaining why and how it has helped me in my journey of being better. Confidence is hard, I won't lie. We go through a lot that can bring us down/ make us not feel good. However, we can always pick ourselves up out of that rut. Out of the three categories I talk about it affirmations have made a huge change in my life. Basically "hyping" myself up. If you don't have time to listen, I will share this with you.
