
Hi everyone :) In todays episode I talk about motivation. I have been thinking a lot lately where does motivation come from and how do we sustain that feeling throughout life. I am a big reader and listener on motivational books, Ted Talks, and podcast. But they all seem to say the same thing over, and over. Which is creating habits. But habits that correlate with your goal that makes you motivated to continue your goal. Motivation is not always there, life is an up and down hill that we have to figure out. However, I do believe that knowing your why/purpose gives you much more meaning to your life. Creating simple habits to make you feel good.
