
Hi all :) in todays episode I talk about habits. Growing up for me I was told broadly why maintaining habits were good, but never fully explained. You may be like Brittney we know why habits are good, and that is ok haha. I am here to talk to those who are like me and never understood the full meaning of why. Habits are automatic behavior we do and keep since childhood. Of course they change as we grow because were introduced to new things ex: drugs, drinking, etc. I think we all know good vs bad. But the question is how do we maintain to keep a good habit? My understanding for myself is to create a process for yourself. When you write down goals underneath each goal write how step by step on how you will get there. This allows you to understand that its not just something that will magically happen, it is a process.
