as i enter into my young adulthood years, one thing i found to learn through many experiences and situations is to enjoy it while it lasts. "it" meaning life, the small things usually taken for granted, the people surrounding you, and even God's love letters in the form of blessings. in this episode, i talk about a recent occurrence that sparked this conversation regarding taking a step back often, letting go of the insignificant daily anxieties that we may have, truly cherishing the present as we don't know always know what will happen tomorrow.

welcome back to episode 5! i apologize for missing last week, however, visualize is back with an episode you don’t want to miss. india marie is our first guest for season 1. a fellow sister-in-Christ, k-pop enthusiast, & a close friend of mine from high school. not gonna lie, this episode was quite chaotic, but we hope this filled your day with laughter and some spiritual sugar.
from covering india’s mid-autumn vacation to new orleans, louisiana to getting real about self-comparison and social anxiety, this episode is for sure a season-favorite. be sure to follow & support india marie's socials @india___scott on instagram!

people come and people go. we get personal this episode. i discuss the realities, the experiences, the emotions, & everything in between regarding “cutting them off”. it’s not always easy for some, but reflecting on one’s situation & well-being can impact an individual so much moving forward. join the conversation on why too we should lean on Him on episode 4 of the visualize podcast.

seasons change, and so do people. as the autumn season approaches in my area, i dedicate an episode to my summer ‘23 experience. from how i celebrated my 19th birthday, to what it was like flying to south korea, to even the lessons God has taught me in the unexpected moments of summer—tea was spilled today. reminisce and reflect with me, in episode 3.
