We have grown less accepting of the mainstream media's reporting on what's happening in the world and like to ask Why? Who? What? When? Where? for ourselves. We are learning to do more than just accept a headline as fact, mainly because we have seen the media present not-so-accurate narratives to stories. Critical thinking seems to be becoming a synonym for conspiracy theories, and some of the issues branded conspiracy theories have become fact.
