Well hello, once again. I know it has been a while since we have spoken but I am back now, although I am not too sure if I will be here to stay. All I can say is I will be taking it one day at a time and probably drop a few episodes here and there, for now. Nevertheless, in this episode, I essentially talk about 2021 as a whole for me as well as a little encouragement for the upcoming year, 2022. I just want to thank everyone who has listened, shared, and supported me throughout this journey...it truly means everything to me and I love you all so dearly! Whew! What a way to end my first season...in this episode, I am joined with one of my beautiful little sisters, Blessing, as we dive into our relationship with other individuals, our relationship with one another, as well as our own relationship with ourselves. We can definitely add to our vulnerability points as we shared moments in our lives that we have learned from regarding the different types of relationships that we have been in. To my surprise, our conversation became quite emotional and I am so grateful for my sister. (Love you sis xx) Nevertheless, we realized the one relationship that we need to learn to establish is the one with Jesus!

Hi :) Welcome back to another episode as I am honored to be joined with my youth pastor, also known as "Deacon". We started off by discussing his background and passions which included feeding into the talents of young people. Let's talk about the what, shall we? What is mental health and why is it an important matter to discuss, especially in the lens of Christ. Growing up, I never gave a thought to how I could take care of my mind or even think that God cared about my mental health at all. For someone who used to deal with depression and still suffers from anxiety, I never thought there was a chance for me to heal or even be real with my own self about what I was dealing with. However, my friend, Adrian, and I have come to the realization that God actually cares about each and every aspect of our lives, even mentally.

It is all so new to me...the fact that God loves me no matter what and nothing could come in between that love He has for both me and you!
