One thing that i’ve heard a lot on this journey is “that’s still your family” “you need your family” “you only get one mama” on this journey i’ve learned that we’re all on our own self healing /self discovery journey so i have learned to extend grace and forgiveness but in the extending of my grace i have also learned to put boundaries in place that will protect me in the process . It’s easy to point the finger at the people who hurt us , but we can’t be victims forever. we must take accountability for the things WE ALLOW people to do to us !

Often time it is easy to internalize and take the things that people say or do to us personal. We must stop doing that because most of the time the things that people say or do to us has nothing to do with us, it is their own personal issues and battles that they have within themselves.

In this episode I am just venting to show you guys that this journey is not always smiles and grins. 

It is important to know who you are because people will try to talk you out of your dreams if you don’t. That’s why I speak so heavily on knowing your worth. I say it all the time if you don’t know who you are people can tell you who you are. people will try to talk you out of your dreams because of many different reasons. they may not wanna see you do better than them or they may simply just project their fear’s onto you. a lot of time people will be like oh you know can’t do that or that can’t be done but at the end of the day anything is possible. If you have a vision or if you have a dream , it’s something in you then it is for you. don’t let nobody talk to you out of what you wanna do , who you going to be , where you wanna go!

Some things that I learned about myself this week by being in tune !

Everything happens for a reason, remember your power & understand that it’s not happening to you , it’s happening for you!

Knowing who you are and knowing your self worth is a key part of your life journey. If you don’t know who you are then you’ll believe what anyone says about you.

It’s important to heal before having children because whether you are an absent parent or present you’re still affecting your child.

We often get so caught up in the future and the what’s next that we forget to take the time to be grateful for where we are. Don’t forget to slow down and smell the flowers. Happiness is within you, create your own happiness regardless of where you are or what’s going on around you.

Why is controlling your thoughts is important? Why self love is important? you can manifest your fears with your thinking & that’s why you must think highly of yourself and positively. The Law of Attraction is very real. it’s okay to have negative or unhappy thoughts but you must surrender those thoughts because your thoughts control your reality.
