in-between identities: when the old self no longer holds | the sixthline series, ep 002

in-between identities: when the old self no longer holds | the sixthline series, ep 002

There is a season every 6th line moves through where the old identity has finished its work —but the next one hasn’t fully landed yet.

This episode is for that season.

The one where:

  • nothing is technically wrong, but nothing feels right
  • your voice feels quieter
  • you can feel newness stirring, but have no language for it yet
  • confusion feels close to the surface
  • your business or creativity feels flat or off
  • you want to be less visible, not more
  • clarity feels out of reach no matter how hard you try

In this episode, I speak from inside that in-between space — not from the other side of it.

I share why this phase isn’t a mistake or a failure,

but a necessary stage of the sixth-line process:

identity dissolution.

We explore:

  • why 6th lines don’t move linearly from identity to identity
  • what’s really happening when motivation fades and old ways stop fitting
  • the grief underneath the in-between (and why it can’t be skipped)
  • the fear of “leaving others behind” — and the deeper fear of leaving yourself
  • why forcing clarity only delays integration
  • why the body slows down before identity can reorganize
  • how rest, slowness, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra support identity dissolution on a nervous-system level

ABOUT LIVING PROOF

Living Proof is a 4-month intimate space for 6th-line leaders who are in this exact phase.

Not to rush what’s forming and “figuring it out”.

But to be held while identity integrates, purpose clarifies, and the next season lands in the body — because what sixthlines need in their new season of life, identity, and business is actually SPACE TO INTEGRATE.

Living Proof begins February 17.

Waitlist presale runs until Dec 31, then the investment increases.

WHAT NINA SAID
anywhere but here. anyone but me | the sixthline series, ep 001

Anywhere But Here. Anyone But Me.

The sixthline series · episode 001

There are seasons in a 6th line’s life where being yourself feels impossible.

Where every version of you feels too tight and too loose at the same time.

Where you can sense a deeper truth rising… but you’re still living inside the shape-shifted identities you built to stay safe.

In this opening episode of The Sixthline Series, I’m taking you into the origins of that fragmentation — the subtle ways we learn to leave ourselves long before we have the language for it. The places we contort to belong.

The identities we perform. The selves we abandon. And the quiet, unseen beginning of the long return home.

This is the story of “anywhere but here, anyone but me.”

My own story and doorway into my own integration.

If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t belong in your own life…

if you’ve spent years slipping between versions of yourself…

if you’re in a season where you can’t recognize the identity you once built…

Welcome to being a 6thline.

You’re in a phase of a 6th line becoming + integrating.

In this episode, we explore:

  • why so many 6th lines begin life outside of themselves
  • the origins of fragmentation (and why it’s not failure — it’s survival)
  • the identity “splits” that form when you’re too much and not enough at the same time
  • why 6th lines shape-shift long before they mature
  • the moment the future version of you begins to stir
  • the soft beginning of integration — the homecoming beneath everything you’ve outgrown

This episode lays the foundation for everything that will unfold in The Sixthline Series — your identity, your purpose, your voice, your leadership, your timing, your transitions… and the moment your life begins to align with the person you’re finally becoming.

If you feel yourself in this story, it’s because it’s yours too.

If this episode made something inside you soften, land, or exhale…

you’re exactly who the Sixtline Series is for.

RESOURCES + NEXT STEP

And if you’re ready to be in a room designed specifically for this part of your evolution — identity integration, purpose revealing itself, clarity returning, the next chapter landing in your body — you can explore Living Proof, my intimate sixthmind for 6th-line leaders.

WHAT NINA SAID
Unfiltered: Money, Body-Led Business, and the Myth of “Consistently Converting” with Christina Arntz

In this potent, three-hour conversation (part 1 here on What Nina Said and part 2 on Christina’s pod), Christina Arntz and I sat down and followed every single thread that wanted to be pulled — from money and pricing to body-led leadership, triggers, and the myths we’ve all absorbed about what “consistent” business should look like.

This episode is a deep-drop into the real conversations entrepreneurs are having behind the scenes: desire, safety, wealth, identity, and the pressure to constantly perform.

Inside this conversation, we explore:

  • Why money becomes so emotionally charged for women building businesses
  • How pricing becomes a mirror for self-worth, visibility, and identity
  • Body-led business vs mind-led control — and what actually creates sustainable flow
  • Triggers as invitations into truth, capacity, and leadership
  • The tension between controlling strategy and receptive creation
  • Wealth guilt, expanding capacity, and learning how to receive more
  • The myth of “consistent months” — and the industry’s obsession with sameness
  • Why money loves a purpose (and what actually anchors that purpose)
  • How to navigate seasons where your business is louder than your body — and vice versa
  • The real energetics behind selling, safety, and making aligned decisions
  • What happens when you stop managing your business from fear and start moving from truth

This is not a polished, linear conversation — it’s a living, breathing example of what happens when two women who’ve done the work sit down and talk about the things we’re all feeling, but rarely say out loud.

PART 1 airs here on What Nina Said.

PART 2 lives on The Wild Sexy Abundant Podcast .

If you’re someone who’s rethinking money, reclaiming your value, or stepping into a more receptive way of creating and leading — this episode will land in all the right places.

WHAT NINA SAID
Owning Your Value When You Sell and Launch

This conversation was originally recorded for Xanthe’s program, where she invited me to speak about intuitive business, launching, and the art of owning your value — and I’m so excited to share it with you here.

We dive into what it really means to own your value when you sell and launch — how to read the room, pivot with intuition, and lead with presence instead of pressure. I share how my background in global marketing shaped the way I now approach business, embodiment, and energetics — and why selling is one of the most self-honoring acts in entrepreneurship.

Inside, you’ll hear us explore:

  • How to read the room and your audience — sensing what they actually need versus what you think they do.

  • The power of intuitive launching and giving yourself permission to pivot mid-launch.

  • How to know when to create something new (and when to simply refine what already works).

  • Why selling is a must as an entrepreneur — and why learning to sell well is one of the most self-honoring things you can do as a business owner.

  • How my experience in sales and marketing for global brands like Pretty Little Thing now informs the way I teach energetics, embodiment, and sustainable business growth.

This one’s a grounded, behind-the-scenes conversation for the entrepreneur who wants to sell with more ease, trust their instincts, and truly own their value.

WHAT NINA SAID
So You Wanna Be a Witch? What We Get Wrong About Magic.

Welcome back, loves.

This week on WHAT NINA SAID, we’re talking about what practical magic actually looks like — and why it’s really not that special at all.

Because somewhere along the way, spirituality got dressed up in crystals, moon water, and morning rituals scheduled down to the minute — and we forgot that the real magic was always in the ordinary.

In this episode, I’m unpacking:

  • What it actually means to be a witch (and no, you don’t need a tarot deck subscription)
  • The beauty of everyday, practical magic
  • How “overly-scheduled spirituality” can disconnect you from the divine
  • Why the most witchy thing you can do is trust yourself
  • Intuition as a living, breathing form of spirituality
  • And how we’ve been sold a false image of “witchiness” that keeps us searching instead of remembering

WAITLIST: LIVING PROOF, a mastermind for 6th line leaders, creatives, and visionaries.

WHAT NINA SAID
When Avoidance Keeps You From Living (and the Fear of Endings)

This week’s episode is a little life update — and a reflection on how often we avoid truly living because of fear.

For me, that fear has shown up in moving countries, in meeting new people, in the effort it takes to maintain old friendships and open to new ones. It’s the fear that relationships might end, or that intimacy requires more of me than I want to give.

But here’s the thing: avoidance might feel safe, but it keeps us half-asleep in our own lives.

Aliveness requires vulnerability. It asks us to risk endings in order to feel beginnings. It asks us to be present with the people and the moments right in front of us.

Join ALIVE an 8-week live + intimate experience beginning October 21st under the Libra New Moon — planting the seed of your ALIVENESS, in SELF, RELATIONSHIPS & EXPERIENCES.

WHAT NINA SAID
I Thought I Was Dying — Burnout, Panic Attacks & the Breakdown That Rewired My Life

content note 💌In this episode I talk about panic attacks, burnout, and the season I felt completely disconnected from myself. If you’re currently moving through something similar, please take care while listening — and honor what your heart + body need right now. This one’s tender. And true.Listen when you’re ready.

In this raw and unfiltered episode, I take you back to 2007 — the year everything cracked open.

Burnout. Panic attacks. A rock-bottom moment that felt like the end… but turned out to be the beginning of everything.

I share the story I’ve kept mostly private — how a full-blown panic attack on the autobahn changed the trajectory of my life, sparked my spiritual awakening, and set me on the path I walk today.

If you’ve ever felt numb, lost, stuck in a job you hate, or terrified to dream again — this one’s for you.

Come listen. Come remember. Come home to yourself.

🎙 In this episode, I share:

  • The moment everything cracked open — a panic attack on the autobahn that felt like death, but was actually the beginning of a new life.

  • What it’s like to feel completely numb, directionless, and disconnected — and the slow unraveling that happens when you believe there’s no other option.

  • Why I chose to feel everything instead of numbing with medication — and how that decision led me to breathwork, somatics, and self-leadership.

  • The fear of starting over at 27 — going back to school with teenagers, rebuilding belief in myself, and finding purpose through the mess.

  • How burnout is rarely about overworking — and more about misalignment, suppression, and doing what you don’t love.

  • The lifelong gift of that breakdown — a deeper capacity to trust, to hold myself, and to live a life that’s fully mine.

WHAT NINA SAID
Hiding Behind My Journal Was Hiding Behind My Life

What happens when you’ve manifested the dream… but can’t let yourself live it?

In today’s raw and revealing episode, I share the story of my LA trip in 2021 — a moment where, despite having everything I asked for, I found myself in my hotel room canceling plans, lighting incense, and telling myself I needed to “process.”

But the truth?

I wasn’t integrating. I was hiding.

This episode is about the shadow side of self-help. The ways we use healing as a shield. The habits that become high-functioning avoidance. And the deeply human fear of letting it be good.

This is the story at the heart of The Heartcoming Mentorship — a 1:1 space where you finally let yourself live, feel, and enjoy the life and business you’re building.

WHAT NINA SAID
Two Guys at Wedding Taught Me More About Love Than Any Self-Help Book

Two guys. One wedding. And, spoiler — I went home alone. Happily.

Because this wasn’t about them. It was about me noticing how much I’ve changed.

The lessons that actually shape us aren’t in self-help books. They’re in nights like this — ordinary, human, a little flirty, and way more about who we are with ourselves than who we go home with.

✨ Listen in for a story about love, self-awareness, and why sometimes the best ending is walking out solo.

WHAT NINA SAID
Why I’m Talking Instead of Writing a Memoir

Why write a memoir when you can just say it out loud?

In this very first episode of WHAT NINA SAID, I’m sharing why I decided to talk instead of write — and what you can expect from this Mary Poppins bag of stories. The good, the bad, the funny, the cringe — nothing’s off-limits.

Because the real lessons? They’re not in self-help books. They’re in the messy, magical, very human stories we’re already living.

So, here we go — welcome to my spoken memoir.

Come listen, laugh, cry, and maybe even see yourself in it.
