It’s….Thursday and you know what that means....
For the last time in Series 18 it's time for some Fartlek Fun and we are finishing off with a deep cut (read: it's a long episode)
The gang sit down with Fartlek Family mainstays and more importantly Rasselbock pacer extraordinaires Paul and Lee to talk about last week's 2nd annual Rasselbock Marathon and Half marathon. Eric and the gang put on an incredible event and we had a blast dissecting it with pals!
Then we have a bit of Jack’s elite corner before Ben and Emma take us off on a magical mystery tour to some international parkrun tourism including a Castle, a new pal and some carbon shoes, before Lou has a look back
Then it's the main event - for the last time in 2025, it's our Most Miles Wins results. With just 41 miles in it, and fancy dress like Neil Marshall in the bag - who is taking away the prize of MMW 2025 Champion? Team Lou or Team Matt?
