Awhile back we did an episode listing our Mount Rushmore of Movie Sequels. While we were putting together lists of our favorite sequels, it became clear to us that there are far more BAD sequels than there are good ones. So we decided to revisit the topic, but with a negative spin! This week we're listing our Mount Rushmore of Worst Movie Sequels and man, there are a lot of stinkers to choose from! When they announce an upcoming sequel to one of your favorite movies it can bring mixed emotions. On one hand, you're excited to revisit some of those characters in a new story line. But you also worry they will take something great and ruin it. And that is exactly what happened with these movies.We both approached this list in a similar way. We chose sequels that followed movies we actually liked. To call it one of the worst sequels ever made, you need to have an appreciation for the movie (or movies) that came before it.
