Kevin, Joe, and Shae sit down with runner, triathlete, obstacle course racer, kind Canadian, and gym owner Sean Simmons. Sean owns Run Unlimited, a specialized gym in St. Petersburg, Florida, which offers group-based treadmill running and high intensity training. Run Unlimited hosted the in-house ultra, which pitted runners from St. Pete and Salt Lake City in a new twist on the last man standing format; five miles per hour on a treadmill in two gyms on each side of the country! WTF did Vo2 max tests and talked with Sean about woodway treadmills, hyrox, zwift, AND Run Unlimited's upcoming program Run Lab!
