Julie shares about remembering that our brains will lie to us and make us think something is harder than it really is in order to help us conserve energy and avoid any kind of pain. If we remember that struggling is part of the plan and life is supposed to have ups and downs it will remind you that everything is ok. Remembering that life is 50/50 helps us understand and calm down in the middle of a struggle and look ahead to the happier 50% of life.
Beth shares about some recent losses that helped her to remember to let people and things just be...you don't have control or fix anyone. Just try and love them right now in every moment and remember what's most important and let the little stuff go.
