This is Bill Kelley. Please join me as we hear the word's of Solomon - who many people consider the wisest man who ever lived. We will go over the proverb of the day every day and I will pick a verse (or several) and expound on them. I am believing that, by hearing the wisdom of Solomon, we will become wiser and our lives will begin to improve - as we follow what the word tells us to do.

918. Reflections of the Gospel of Luke - November 14, 2025

Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 14. I will then key in on verse 22 - Do they not go astray who devise evil? But mercy and truth belong to those who devise good. Friends, this verse talks about the constant faithfulness or true loyalty indicative of many Christians. Those who have yet to receive Jesus know nothing of this characteristic. On today's podcast I will go over two parables that are found only in the Gospel, according to Luke. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:

1. People are not always who they present themselves to be.

2. We should be a good neighbor to all we come in contact with.

3. We were dead, and now are alive; we were lost and are now found.

Scriptures referenced on today's podcast:

Proverb 14:22; Luke 10:25-29; Luke 10:30-37; Luke 15:11-32

Call to Action - Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Savior? (Friends, you will either spend eternity in heaven in the presence of Jesus, or you will spend it without His presence in hell - which will you choose)?
