Before Woman Up had a name…
before the podcast…
before the challenge…
I spent 18 years watching women in moments of exposure.
As a makeup artist, I noticed a pattern that never left me:
women didn’t hand me the decision because they lacked style or inspiration — they did it because they didn’t fully trust themselves to deserve elevation.
“Do whatever you want.”
“Something natural.”
“Nothing too much.”
What they were really saying was:
I don’t know if I’m allowed to rise.
In this episode, I share what the makeup chair taught me about self-trust, visibility, and the quiet fear of being seen as valuable — and why confidence was never about enhancement, but permission.
This is a reflection on mirrors, authority, and the moment a woman finally sees herself… and pauses.
👉 Reflection question:
Am I asking for help… or am I giving away my authority?
If this episode spoke to you, share it with a woman preparing herself for a room she hasn’t fully claimed yet — and answer the question in the comments.
I didn’t expect visibility to respond so quickly.
I thought being seen would feel validating.
Instead, it felt revealing.
In this episode, I share what happened when people started treating me differently — not my audience, but my peers. Entrepreneurs stepping out of their lanes. Others mirroring the work. Some inspired. Some destabilized.
What shook me wasn’t competition.
It was realizing I was creating emotional reactions in other people.
That’s influence.
And at the time, I didn’t yet see myself as someone who had it.
This episode explores the moment when visibility arrives before identity catches up — when power and exposure show up at the same time, and pulling back feels safer than standing where you actually are.
Because visibility isn’t a reward.
It’s an invitation.
👉 Reflection question:
Am I retreating because I’m unready… or because I’m realizing I’m not behind?
🎧 If this episode resonates, share it with someone quietly stepping into influence — and follow the show to stay with the journey.
Woman Up isn’t a slogan.
It’s a stance.
The Making of Woman Up is a raw, intimate podcast series hosted by Natacha Degazon, where confidence isn’t taught — it’s rebuilt in real time.
What started as a public challenge inspired by Marley Jaxx’s car challenge quickly became something bigger:
a reckoning with visibility, money, self-trust, and the cost of staying silent to keep the peace.
In this series, Natacha shares the behind-the-scenes moments of building the Woman Up Movement:
rebuilding self-confidence after betrayal
choosing integrity over approval
navigating visibility, projection, and backlash
redefining ambition, money, and leadership
learning when vulnerability empowers — and when it needs edges
This is not a podcast about having it all figured out.
It’s about what happens when silence stops working.
Each episode invites you into the making — the doubts, the decisions, the identity shifts — and asks one powerful question:
👉 Am I abandoning myself… or honoring my truth with integrity?
If you’re a woman who’s done shrinking, done diluting, and ready to stand rooted in who she is becoming —
you’re in the right place.
