Inside this episode, Yara shares her journey through healing as a woman of color and how breathwork supported her through the process.

Yara completed my Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator training in January 2021.

Soon after she finished the program, she introduced breathwork to her Femme Collective.

The Femme Collective is her monthly women’s circle and gathering for her local community in Florida to heal through the power of sisterhood.

Recently, she decided to also offer virtual breathwork journeys to her online community.

She also manifested a collaboration as a breathwork facilitator at a spiritual retreat in the mountains of North Carolina.

Below is Yara’s experience inside of Katie’s container to become a breathwork facilitator:

“{The program} was very easy to follow and very student friendly. I didn’t have a hard time following it at all. I still look back on my notes every time I host a breathwork journey. I really appreciated going through the training, because I feel like a lot of times in the coaching world, it's so unregulated. But this training actually gave me the background information to support me in facilitating. And that builds your confidence as a facilitator because you know what you're talking about.”
