Why India needs a 50% Job reservation for women. --To bring more women into the workforce to become a great economic power. For which we have to give them a healthy and a violence free society. Unless men start repecting women as fellow human beings India cannot move ahead. A rapid societal transformation can be brought about by empowering women economically. That could become easy if all governments reserve 50% public service jobs for women. Once a family is fed by a woman bread winner, the sick patriarchal societal structure would start valuing women.
