42. What's in Your Hand? Recommitting to Your 1st Love

It's easy to get weary in your faith journey, but Jesus reminds us in Revelation 2 to return to our first love. As we step into 2026, this isn't about doing more - it's about being obedient, fearless, and reflecting His love.

In this episode, we explore what it means to revisit our commitments and realign our vision with God's heart. Like Esther, who said "if I die, I must die," and like Isaiah who set his face like stone - we're called to determination and unwavering commitment.

This year is a gift. Let's make it count by keeping first things first - our love for Him.

Scripture References:Revelation 2:4 | Galatians 6:9-10 | Esther 4:16 | Romans 6:5-9 | Isaiah 50:7

As we step into 2026, Jesus is standing at the door knocking - asking to be part of your plans, your decisions, your year. Will you let Him in?

God isn't asking for your ability, your money, or your perfection. He's asking for all of you, most of all a willing heart. This year is about revisiting your commitments, realigning your vision with His, and stepping fully into what He's called you to do.

You have a testimony and Revelation 19:10 tells us the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Your story has power. You have a mouth. You have something in your hand. That's all God needs. Let's make 2026 count.

37. Curses Don't Break Themselves: Redeemed by the Blood of Jesus

No matter what people have said about you, no matter what curses have been spoken over your life, God's Word has the final say. In this episode, we continue exploring how the Blood of Jesus breaks every curse, every chain, and every stronghold.

We dive into Psalm 109:28 where David boldly declares, "Let them curse me if they like, but You will bless me." We look at Galatians 2:20 and how our old self was crucified with Christ, 1 Peter 1:18 about the ransom paid with precious blood, and Hebrews 10:19-22 on boldly entering God's presence with a clear conscience.

God has redeemed you, cleared your conscience, and made you clean. Now you get to live in freedom and tell others they can be redeemed too.

34. Curses Don't Break Themselves: The Passover Lamb

Curses don't just break themselves - they require Blood. In this episode, we dive into Exodus 12 and the first Passover, when God gave Moses and Aaron detailed instructions to protect His people from the death angel.

God commanded every household to take a lamb without defect, care for it, and then sacrifice it. They were to put the blood on the top and sides of their doorframes - three places pointing to the cross.

This wasn't just a historical event - it was a prophetic picture of Jesus, the Passover Lamb, whose blood breaks every curse over our lives. Just like the Israelites had to apply the blood to their doorposts, we must apply the blood of Jesus to our lives through faith and obedience.

We explore what the Passover reveals about redemption, protection, and how curses are broken only by the blood of the Lamb.

28. Hold on Let Me Ask: 1 Requirement to Asking God for Wisdom

James 1 :1-8 AMPC

1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes scattered abroad [among the Gentiles in the dispersion]: Greetings ([a]rejoice)!

2 Consider it wholly joyful, my brethren, whenever you are enveloped in or encounter trials of any sort or fall into various temptations.

3 Be assured and understand that the trial and proving of your faith bring out endurance and steadfastness and patience.

4 But let endurance and steadfastness and patience have full play and do a thorough work, so that you may be [people] perfectly and fully developed [with no defects], lacking in nothing.

5 If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of [b]the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him.

6 Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind.
