We look at what heels do that hooks our attention, why they spark stronger emotions than “good guys,” and how they shape the whole story by giving fans something to react to and rally against. I also connect it to basic psychology, including identity, group behavior, and why we sometimes enjoy being annoyed, outraged, or challenged as part of the entertainment.

If you’ve ever caught yourself cheering for the person you’re “not supposed to like,” this episode gives you some insight. We’ll talk about why some heels feel authentic while others fall flat and what it says about us as fans when we love a character who drives us crazy.
