These two questions triggered the bleep out of me this week—and I’m guessing I’m not alone.

In Episode 51 of Your Southern Lesbian, I’m unpacking two ideas that pulled me in opposite directions: one rooted in compassion and boundaries, inspired by Rising Strong by Brené Brown, and another sparked by a quote from coach Brian Yang that seriously challenged how I think about success and trauma.
