Today I wanted to talk about my struggles with body image, as well as with my relationships with food and exercise. I've always loved health and wellness, but I've gone through both really good and really bad phases with my mental health in relationship to my physical appearance. In today's episode, I share some of the dumbest stuff I've done, all the way through the things that have been most helpful in healing my relationship with my body and achieving greater physical and mental wellness.
