Aber warum ist das eigentlich so, was passiert dabei im Gehirn? Und wie groß können gesundheitsfördernde Effekte tatsächlich sein? Diesen Fragen ist Wissenschaftsredakteurin Lena Bodewein nachgegangen - mit verblüffenden Ergebnissen: Weil Musik so viele verschiedene Hirnareale anspricht, kann sie die Wundheilung befördern und Menschen mit Sprachverlust wieder zum Sprechen bringen.
