Hello大家好，我是Irene (JK STUDIO的闆娘) 。節目中，除了和大家聊聊我和JK老闆的創業甘苦談以外，我會積極邀請各行各業創業家朋友，與您分享他們的創業心得、經驗相談和人生歷練...等。
每位創業來賓就像一本本的好書，在他們身上我挖掘到不同的故事，都讓我得到不一樣的啟發與感動。

2023年以前，早期想做podcast分享給想要創業、正在創業或對創業主題有興趣的人收聽。
2024年起，有兩個新收穫。我發現創業家們聽得是同溫層的概念，以及對其他產業創辦人的看法交流。
對於沒有創業的聽眾來說，這個節目的價值在於，聆聽「老闆們」現身說法的一種信任感，並且這是一個有用的「創業知識平台」。
因為Irene所邀訪的各行各業來賓，除了自身創業的心路歷程講起來很真實以外，
職場上，各種專業層面的實戰經驗很豐富、講起來很生動，所以，讓沒有創業的聽眾們，也能聽得進去。
