    Il nostro viaggio è iniziato all'Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo nel 2014, dove ci siamo formati per essere più di semplici food lovers: siamo diventati food specialist con una comprensione critica del mondo sfaccettato della gastronomia. 

    Dal lancio del nostro podcast "Juice it Up" nel 2021, ci siamo impegnati a scoprire e condividere le storie degli innovatori che stanno plasmando il presente e il futuro della scena gastronomica mondiale.

    Molte delle storie che raccontiamo hanno qualcosa in comune, nascono a Pollenzo, la nostra alma mater, dimostrando l'impatto diffuso della sua comunità.

    We embrace the tales of the world of gastronomy. At the heart of each ingredient, dish, and glass lies an intricate story waiting to be explored - a narrative of success, culture, and global understanding. 

    Our journey began at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo in 2014, where we were groomed to be more than food lovers: we became food specialists with a critical understanding of the multifaceted world of gastronomy. 

    Since launching our podcast "Juice it Up" in 2021, we've been committed to uncovering and sharing the stories of innovators who are shaping both the present and future of the global food scene. It’s fascinating how many of these narratives trace back to Pollenzo, our alma mater, proving the widespread impact of its community.
