I guess they've always been that way to a degree, but it is definitely worse now than when I was a kid. This show is meant to reclaim a little bit of the sincerity and intentionality of the best of children's programming. Specifically, I am inspired by Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and Blue's Clues. I like how those shows are slow paced, how they talk directly to the kids, and how they respect the listener's intelligence. I intend for Curious Kids Every Day to do the same thing.
