⭐️ Navigating the changes we're experiencing as a collective

This episode is all about how ancestral work helps us feel more grounded with our time on Earth.
We often feel so lost and deeply unbelonging when we awaken, and it can lead us to feel like we want to leave this experience entirely.
But when we connect to our ancestries, it can help us with feeling more here, leading to a much more grounded and embodied spiritual journey.
I'll be coming back to talk some more about this as I experience it. For now, check out my Decolonising Your Psyche journal that can help you with reclaiming your ancestry beyond the lies of colonisation about our beautiful uniqueness.

Hello,
In this episode (recorded in December 2024 - I apologise for the audio quality, I recorded this in the outdoors), I talk about navigating being an empath and the lessons I have and continue to learn on this journey.
Things we get into:
💚 Differences between an empath from a psychological perspective and from the perspective of it being a gift you tap into as you awaken.
💚 The misconceptions of power.
💚 The importance of knowing thyself.
I mentioned my gratitude journal that you can purchase here.
Thank you for being here. 🤍

Let's talk about being queer and how not fitting in is exactly why we're the ones who are the real MVPs during humanity’s awakening.
In this episode, we talk about how the crazy ones, the outliers, the misfits are going to save this planet.
I talk about this in the context of the Avatar movie series.
Things we get into:
💗 - Integration work as a journey of not throwing away our ego selves.
💗 - How the false matrix system is rigged towards us vs them mentalities and identity wars.
💗 - We talk a lot about queerness as a magical journey and how we've been taught to be ashamed of our own bodies and how this affects our sex lives.
💗 - How our relationships shift as we awaken and are judged by blood family.
★ Some post-recording corrections: blue people from Avatar = N’avi
★ Mbuya Nehanda’s words, “My bones will rise again”
Books I recommended: Between Life & Death by Dolores Cannon.

In this episode, we’re talking all about ENVY.
We’re encouraged to demonise and deny the existence of this feeling, but hey, it’s here and it’s part of being human, so why don’t we work with it?
It's not a coincidence that we often use the colour green to talk about envy (and jealousy), the same colour is the heart chakra. 💚
Things we get into:
✯ Spiritual bypassing and the problems with considering certain states as “low vibrational”
✯ Love as the underlying reason why I can run this podcast / the beautiful man who helped me get to where I am today through believing in me.
✯ Envy and dimming your own light because of other people’s feelings of envy.
✯ Faith as the antidote to paranoia.
✯ We talk about envy related to instances of destiny swapping. Since this episode, I have uploaded an entire episode on destiny swapping, this is episode 16.
Article I mentioned:
Envy is actually your best friend.

🔮 In this episode, recorded in November 2024, we talk about why destiny swapping is a waste of your precious and finite time on this earthly realm, and why it’s important not to give so much of your power away to monitoring spirits, to the point of affecting your journey and blocking your blessings. 🌿

Bonus episode. 🌺
This is one of those episodes you're going to want to grab your favourite beverage, your notebook and a pen and write down some of the questions I proposed for you to reflect on during and after.
So many of us want community, but we've got to accept that it is a huge responsibility.
In this bonus episode, we're talking about why it's important to heal when you're desiring or creating community.
I talk about why we can want big families and the “it takes a village” approach towards raising the child, but is the village healthy?
I share this from the perspective of my African upbringing, too, where the “it takes a village” originates from.
We have it within us to create beautiful, thriving communities that require each of us to do our part in creating them.

We're on season two! ♥︎
This episode is all about turning your creative process & spiritual work into a business.
🌸 I talk about the journey of being a soulpreneur as I have focused on turning my creative and spiritual work into my business.
🌿 We often see the highlight reels of our favourite creators and spiritual coaches, and influencers, and we miss the BTS that goes on with embracing this journey.
🌸 In this episode, I talk about embracing making money from your work, allowing yourself to charge beyond the "market prices", and facing stories related to money. We go into the importance of taking your work seriously and accepting that your life will often have to change when you surrender to the journey that your soul is here for.
🌿 We can get so caught up in comparison often that it starts to affect how we feel about our paths, and when we are also embracing our awakening journeys, we can miss how we are showing up in incredible ways because we're seeing what someone else is doing.
🌸 All of this is what we get into with this episode, along with my nine months of nomadic living and allowing my brain to rest and adjust to spending some time in countries that were not English-speaking.

Last of the reuploads before we start the next season. Thank you for sticking around for this season! I'm excited to return with new episodes recorded from where I am today since this one!
In this fun episode and last episode for 2024, we are talking about twin flames as a healing path and an opportunity to close out karmic cycles.
I get nice and honest and vulnerable about the beginnings of my journey meeting the person I believed to be my first twin and the "mysterious white woman" who haunted my past self as I have needed to de-patriarchy and decolonise my psyche.
The lesson for the divine feminine energy within the connection is owning our worth and remembering that twin flames are about our relationships with ourselves.

Notes from when I first recorded this episode back in 2024:
♡ Yes, everyone is your twin flame, just as we are all each other's mirrors. At the same time, we are not synonyms and it's important to honour our differences.
In this episode, we're talking about twin flames and how the key element of this journey is healing.
I am big on having a grounded approach towards our spirituality, especially when it comes to the Twin Flame narrative. We talk about the importance of embracing your unique and individual path, regardless of being twin flames.

We are all artists.
For so many of us we can claim this in childhood when we can easily play and engage with our imaginations but we start to be separated from our artist / creative selves as we become adults and we start to feel the pressure to "grow up" and follow the adult script that makes the most sense.
In the process, we lose who we are, and we start to forget and suppress our creativity.
This then bleeds into how we feel about ourselves and life in general. We stifle our self-expression, and our lives start to be grey, no longer in the vibrancy that comes from owning all that we are.
We can also lose touch with it through attachments that mean we're unable to embrace our artist selves.
This episode is a conversation on my journey with being an artist and the different avenues and detours I have taken to get to this stage.

✨ This is a fun, vulnerable episode on the topic of love and relationships. ✨
I talk about love and what happens after you close out chapters in your life related to relationship wounds.
I talk about what my ideal relationship looks like and how romantic relationships serve as a place for us to grow and further expand our consciousness together.
We go into the importance of conscious relationships and how they become the grounds for breaking generational cycles, which only happens when you are aware of what has been happening within our lineages.

In this episode, we go into what has been underneath the procrastination and how it relates to the witch wound.
We talk about downplaying our spiritual abilities by calling what we can do as spiritualists, "woo woo" and the labels of "crazy" for being awakening souls.
Also, the experience of becoming the kind of person my past self was judging since my awakening. We also talk about curating your space to reflect what is most inspiring for you.
We also talk about the aspects of the "Rest in your feminine" and "soft girl era" that are unhealthy, as they ultimately promote a weakened masculine within women and perpetuate patriarchy. This is mostly in the context of relationships.
In this episode, I didn't cover how aspects of this can be healthy in terms of the environments you choose to enter into, however, especially when you break up with the struggle and allow yourself to embrace what is calm for your nervous system. This is something I will revisit for another episode.
We talk about the importance of inner work and how ultimately, our relationships mirror what is in our subconscious. With references to the show on Netflix called, "Jiva!".

In this episode, I talk about what can prevent us from creating our dream lives.
I talk about part of my purpose here being to be free and embracing visibility. When we are living our best lives, we are not just doing it for ourselves but for our ancestors too.
We get into how stories from childhood can influence the ways we view ourselves, and this ends up affecting our beliefs in our worthiness.
Book I mentioned (completely missed the name of the author in the recording):
🔶 Post recording - At some point, I said "Unfortunately" over something that is not unfortunate at all. I could have ignored this and trusted in your critical thinking to understand it was a misspeak but I'm helping you out too with mentioning this here. This is the fun of unscripted episodes).

In this episode, I discuss how much of what we do as spiritual people, artists, or creators is about giving.
We can miss this because we enjoy it, but it can leave us energetically unbalanced. We can be depleted, especially if we are not allowing ourselves to receive any rewards for the work that we do too.
We must validate ourselves.
I also talk about how what I am doing goes beyond myself, "think of the children", my discomfort watching Euphoria and the anxiety that technology and social media encourage, considering its effects on the younger generation. Also, my first experience of the Argos catalogue was when I moved to the UK.
It's okay to receive - whatever that looks like. Let us allow ourselves to charge for our services and to let people buy our work. It's OK to let God take care of us, too.
Also editor's note: podcasting when you're used to recording on TikTok (video format) is doing air quotes, then remembering that you, as the listene,r can't see them. Podcasting when you're a writer is speaking with my writer hat on and choosing synonyms in the middle of the conversation.
It's a fun experience switching gears.

In this episode, we talk about the feelings of "being behind". We talk about what is happening as a collective right now with our energetic shifts, the 3D & 5D split, and the necessity of setting up boundaries.
We talk about images of spirituality and not seeking to imitate what is ultimately someone else's journey, and why our egos can want to do this.
You can be inspired whilst honouring that you are on your own journey. We talk about minding our lanes and questioning what is really for us.
