Mental health can affect daily living, relationships, and physical health.
However, this link also works in the other direction. Factors in people’s lives, interpersonal connections, and physical factors can all contribute to mental health disruptions.
Looking after mental health can preserve a person’s ability to enjoy life. Doing this involves reaching a balance between life activities, responsibilities, and efforts to achieve psychological resilience.
Conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety can all affect mental health and disrupt a person’s routine.
Although the term mental health is in common use, many conditions that doctors recognize as psychological disorders have physical roots.

Everyone feels insecure. It’s a part of our lives, which are filled with uncertainty, no matter how much we want to get rid of that uncertainty.
We often use the term “insecure” to negatively label a person who doubts themselves, but in truth, no one is free from feeling insecure. We feel self-doubt, we feel anger that stems from a feeling of insecurity, we feel fear and groundlessness and frustration. All of this comes from the insecurity of the uncertainty of life.
And none of it is a problem.
It’s not a problem that we feel insecure sometimes. It’s not a problem to feel fear or self-doubt or anger or frustration. These are just feelings, and they come up in response to the uncertainty of the world.

If you think you’re hearing the word “empathy” everywhere, you’re right. It’s now on the lips of scientists and business leaders, education experts, and political activists. But there is a vital question that few people ask: How can I expand my own empathic potential? Empathy is not just a way to extend the boundaries of your moral universe. According to new research, it’s a habit we can cultivate to improve the quality of our own lives.
But what is empathy? It’s the ability to step into another person's shoes, aiming to understand their feelings and perspectives and use that understanding to guide our actions. That makes it different from kindness or pity. And don’t confuse it with the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
"Discovered yourself as an empathetic person?"
" Then this is an episode for you"

We do not know what will happen in the next hour, what more to say tomorrow. As human beings, we plan both our lives and our schedules as best as we can. However as much as we can plan, nobody knows what will happen next or whether things will turn out as planned.
Therefore we get stressed out thinking about what will happen next. We also worry when things do not turn out as planned. These worries in turn can narrow the scope of our thinking and limit our creativity. We developed what we call tunnel vision. It is common for people to lay awake in bed wondering what will happen next. Since we have no control over what life will throw at us in the future, why worry about it in the first place.
