(Part 3) You Chose This Life : Exploring Soul Agreements, Birth, Death and Beyond with Shareen Webb

In this episode, I continues my conversation with Shareen Webb, diving into one of the most misunderstood and emotionally charged topics: death, rebirth, and spiritual agreements.

Shareen shares a deeply personal experience of a moment in her life where she became aware of a planned exit point and consciously renegotiated it. From prophetic dreams and spiritual negotiations to the idea of life “resetting” without physical death, this conversation explores how our souls evolve, choose, and continue beyond linear timelines.

This episode offers a grounded yet expansive perspective on mortality, spirituality, and choice, inviting listeners to question fear-based narratives and reconnect with a deeper understanding of life’s cycles.

🎧 Listen with openness and discernment.

You Chose This Life: Exploring Soul Agreements, Birth, Death and Beyond with Shareen Webb — Part.1

In this impromptu and deeply honest Part 1 conversation, I sits down with Shareen Webb to explore what most people never talk about: what really happens before we are born.

This episode moves through the energetic journey of conception and birth, how fear and safety patterns can begin before we’re conscious, and how generational imprints are carried through the body and energy field.

We reflect on soul agreements, pre-birth planning, and why certain relationships feel karmic, intense, or instantly familiar, as well as how early birth imprints can shape courage, survival responses, and repeating life patterns.

This first part lays the foundation for a deeper continuation in Part 2, where the conversation expands further into birth contracts and soul-level agreements.

The Real Reason Money Isn’t Growing (A Reading Session Breakdown)

In this reading, the client’s abundance space first appeared as a rose and then expanded into a full rice field, revealing that they’ve been zooming in too much on one detail, forcing things manually, and believing money requires hard work instead of seeing the bigger picture and allowing things to grow in their own season. In the body, a purple energy lit up in the stomach—linked to the client’s late paternal grandmother—showing that they had unconsciously inherited a family “healing project,” which gets triggered whenever money comes in and creates discomfort. When asked about a recent decision tied to abundance, the energy showed it looked good only in the short term, and that guilt and confusion were coming from other people’s energies sitting in the client’s heart and throat; once those external influences are moved out, the client will see their own truth more clearly.

When Achievement Isn’t Enough : Finding Worth from Within A Conversation with Alus

In this episode, we dive deep into the real, raw, and often messy journey of self-love — beyond the affirmations, beyond the aesthetics, and beyond the pressure to “have it all together.”

This conversation with Alus unpacks the parts of self-love people rarely talk about: loving the bright and the dark, breaking free from tying your worth to achievements, embracing your shadow, and learning how to build boundaries without guilt.

It’s a conversation about the light and the shadow, the soft and the sharp, the moments you’re proud of and the ones you hide. A reminder that choosing yourself isn’t a destination, but a practice.

If you’ve been craving clarity, courage, or a sense of coming home to yourself… this one might find you at the right time🤍

What Success Really Costs and What It’s Worth: A Conversation with Christina

Success isn’t always measured by achievements — sometimes it’s measured by the life you get to live.

In this episode, Christina opens up about what success means to her, the lessons she’s learned along the way, and the mindset that keeps her moving forward with confidence.

What stands out most is how she defines “being rich.”

For Christina, it’s not material. It’s having time for the people who matter — her husband, her child, her parents. It’s building a life where success gives her more moments with her family, not less.

Christina’s energy is warm, cheerful, and empowering. She believes in taking the first step even when you don’t feel ready, and she hopes more women will trust themselves enough to do the same.

If you need motivation to start, or a reminder that success can be gentle, meaningful, and full of gratitude, this episode will speak to you.

Lessons from The Illusion of Money: Creating from the Heart

In this episode of Chocolate Cake for the Soul, I open up about a powerful shift that changed the way I see abundance, success, and life itself. It all began on a sleepless night when I stumbled upon Kyle Cease’s documentary The Illusion of Money. What started as curiosity turned into a profound awakening—a mirror that reflected my own patterns of pushing, striving, and creating from survival rather than from the heart.

I share my personal story of building, achieving, and then burning out, only to realize that true abundance is never about how much we do, but about how deeply we align with who we are. This episode is a journey into forgiveness, letting go of old beliefs, and rediscovering the quiet power of intuition and heart-led creation.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in the chase for more, or questioned whether you’re enough, I invite you to join me in this conversation. Together, let’s remember that we already hold the keys to abundance—hidden not in the hustle, but in the stillness of our own hearts.

We talk about money wounds, cultural pressures around giving and receiving, boundaries, burnout, and how our subconscious beliefs can block abundance — even when money is already flowing in.

This episode is for anyone who’s ever felt guilty for choosing ease, struggled with receiving, or asked, “Why does money still feel so hard, even now?”

A beautiful reminder that abundance is not just about numbers — it’s about safety, trust, and alignment.
