In this episode of Curated Chaos, we explore what it really means to stay calm when life feels anything but. From emotional pauses to trusting the process, this is a reminder that not everything needs to be rushed and sometimes carrying on with grace is the strongest move.
Are you where you want to be or where you need to be?
If not, focus inward. Stop feeding energy leaks.
Pour into your own cup.
This season calls for discipline, discernment, boundaries,
and the real work of healing.
It’s time to shift your priorities, all of them to you. Curate your routines, reclaim your energy, and align with the version of yourself that’s meant to thrive. Stop letting energy leakages dictate your life; we’ve all watched too many people benefit from what’s ours. It’s okay to have expectations for everyone and everything in your life. Know who you are, set your standards, and unapologetically take it back.
“I Choose Me” is a declaration, a boundary, and a reclamation.
It is a reminder that self worth is not negotiable, even when emotions are loud and connections feel magnetic. In the middle of confusion, mixed signals, and the quiet ache of wanting more than someone can give, this moment marks the shift from chasing clarity to becoming it.
This installment of Curated Chaos explores the beauty in honoring your own heart when someone else cannot meet it. It speaks to the woman who poured, waited, hoped, tried, overextended, and still showed up with softness until she realized her spirit was shrinking in places that should have felt safe.
“I Choose Me” is not a breakup story.
It is a breakthrough story.
It reflects the truth that choosing yourself means recognizing the difference between longing and alignment, between attachment and reciprocity, between temporary comfort and your permanent peace.
This piece captures the courage it takes to step back from a situation that held your heart but could not hold your needs. It honors the moment you stop romanticizing potential and start prioritizing your emotional truth. It marks the shift from trying to fit into someone’s life to remembering that you are the life worth choosing.
Choosing yourself is not selfish. It is sacred.
It is the moment the chaos becomes curated, intentional, and empowering.
It is the moment the story finally turns back toward you.
For every woman standing on the edge of letting go and leveling up, “I Choose Me” is your permission slip, your affirmation, and your new beginning.
I’m all about evolution, elevation, and leaving people exactly where they had me fucked up at. Curated chaos is my journey of choosing myself first, reclaiming my energy, and never shrinking to make anyone comfortable again!
At some point, the “be the bigger person” expires and that’s exactly where we’re starting this week. In this episode of Curated Chaos, we’re unpacking what it really means to question your return on emotional investment. From reciprocity and self-worth to the subtle ways we self-sabotage by not believing, it’s time to ask the hard question: what am I actually getting out of this?
Join me as I step into my “villain era” not from bitterness, but from boundaries. Because sometimes, choosing yourself after constantly being the giver is the most radical act of self-love. We’ll talk about the guilt that comes with being selfish, the discomfort of withholding your energy, and how to pour into your own cup when everyone around you is used to drinking from it.
This episode is for anyone who’s done being the “strong one” and ready to be the whole one.
It’s been a minute. In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on what’s been happening behind the scenes, the growth, the quiet moments, the lessons, and the chaos that shaped the version of me you’re hearing today. Sometimes you have to disappear to realign, and that’s exactly what I did. Let’s talk about it.
After a much-needed hiatus, Curated Chaos is back and louder than ever. In this episode, we dive into the pursuit of balance, ambition, and self-fulfillment. What does it really mean to “have it all”? Can we juggle career, love, purpose, and peace without losing ourselves in the chaos?
This conversation unpacks the highs, lows, and unfiltered truths of chasing everything you desire, reminding you that wanting it all isn’t greedy, it’s human.
Sometimes you wake up and just feel… off. No clear reason, no specific trigger, just a shift in the air. Maybe it’s summer quietly slipping away, the weather turning, a touch of homesickness, or simply the overwhelm of being overstimulated. In this episode of Curated Chaos, I sit with the weight of being “in a mood,” honoring those feelings without forcing an explanation, and choosing to move forward anyway. Because not every emotion needs to be solved, sometimes it just needs to be felt.
Manifestation is powerful but it’s not the finish line, it’s the starting point. In this episode of Curated Chaos, we dive into the reality that when your visions and manifestations come to life, the real work begins. “Getting in the field” means showing up, putting in effort, and aligning action with intention. We explore what it looks like to balance gratitude for answered prayers with the discipline to keep building, keep moving, and keep planting seeds for the future.
We’ve reached the halfway mark of the year and it’s time to pause, reflect, and realign. Curated Chaos: The Check In is your midyear reset an intentional moment to revisit the goals we set, celebrate the ones we’ve crushed, and acknowledge what’s still in progress. In true Curated Chaos fashion, it’s not just about checking boxes, it’s about being honest with where we are, what we’ve learned, and where we’re headed. Together, we’ll unpack the chaos, extract the growth, and set clear intentions for the next two quarters. Let’s finish the year with clarity, courage, and a little more chaos but this time, curated.

Anxiety around decision-making is one of the most human experiences there is—especially when the stakes are high or the outcome is unknown. It’s that deep tension between wanting to trust yourself and fearing you’ll choose the “wrong” thing. You weigh every possibility, overanalyze signs, and sometimes freeze altogether. That kind of pressure can make even simple decisions feel heavy.
And when it comes to taking a leap of faith into the unknown? That’s next-level vulnerability. There’s often no safety net, no clear answer, and no real way to know how it will turn out until you’re already in it. You hope your intuition is guiding you, that your future self will be grateful you were brave. But sometimes—despite your best intentions—you leap, and it still hurts.
Regret can hit hard. Whether it’s a relationship, a job, a move, or something more personal, the feeling of “maybe I shouldn’t have done that” can echo in your mind for a while. And the hardest part? You still have to live with that choice. That doesn’t mean you failed. It just means you’re in the middle of the story, not the end.
Part of growing is learning that some decisions won’t turn out the way you hoped—and that’s okay. There’s wisdom in every misstep, resilience in sitting with consequences, and grace in allowing yourself to move forward anyway.
You might not be able to undo the choice, but you can choose what happens next. You can pivot. You can learn. You can forgive yourself. And eventually, you may look back and see that what felt like a wrong turn was just the path you needed to walk to become who you’re meant to be.
It’s okay to feel unsure. It’s okay to feel regret. And it’s more than okay to keep going anyway.

I’m pulling back the curtain on my first time stepping into the role of a brand sponsor—not just facilitating deals, but actually activating as the brand myself for a current client. From managing the moving parts to translating culture into strategy, I’m sharing the real lessons behind the scenes: what worked, what surprised me, and what I’d do differently.
Plus, we dive into the cultural and behavioral contrasts between Millennials and Gen Z . What does Gen Z demand that Millennials don’t? Why are Millennials still brand loyal while Gen Z craves alignment over aesthetics? I’m breaking down how each generation shows up.

I am the intersection of instinct and intention.
Where the mess becomes the masterpiece.
Born from the wild, built with precision.
Not just a brand—
a movement for those who create without apology,
live without limits,
and find beauty in the breakdown.
Welcome to the art of disorder,
where every piece has purpose.
This is me!
