On saturday 15/11 the conference "Endurance Day" were held in Gothenburg by RF-SISU Västra Götaland, but we could attend the conference digitally från Borlänge. The four main speakers were professor Stephen Seiler, FDJ Suez coach Lieselot Decroix, sport scientist Inigo Mujika and olympic silver medallist in triathlon, Lisa Nordén. Here are Eriks and Fredriks take aways from the conference.
