I go by Ella Yve, and I am a Radical Oneness Practitioner & Intuitive Astrologer.
I am a teacher, speaker, writer and content creator, whose mission is to bring Radical Oneness to the consciousness of Humanity using the tool of astrology.

Scope of Today's Class :
In this class, we will have a night of fun harnessing the many different aspects of Aries ♈️ energy. Firstly, you are encouraged to dress in costume such as your favorite superhero or as a Viking or Warrior. This allows us to connect with our inner child through the outlet of role playing & fun. Secondly, we will have a feast prepared for all of the warriors participating in the different game competitions. This will include one free drink ticket for a drink (valued at $12).
Thirdly, we will have a meet and greet with some ice breaker games that you can win prizes, a game or two of Werewolf with more prizes, and then a Dutch Blitz Tournament for a Grand Prize, 2nd place, & 3rd place.

My name is Coach Julio and I am a Steel Mace Flow Level 2 coach. As a competitive athlete my whole life and a coach for over 17 years my body started to slow and seemingly weaken as time started to do what it does best to a stagnant body. My knowledge in fitness was limited to conventional fitness which was geared more toward competitive performance or achieving a bodily aesthetic that was appealing externally yet left me functionally limited within my day to day. I spent years feeling disconnected from my body and knew that this was not a sustainable way to keep me mobile in the long term. I was burnt out, constantly in discomfort, and looking for a solution. That’s when I discovered the steel mace and its multiple modalities and forms. I was excited to become a student again and had the honor of training under my coach Jeffery Ochs in the Steel Mace Flow system and modality where I became certified as a Level 2 Mace Artist under his tutelage.

In present day the mace is utilized as a tool to bring the mind body and spirit into alignment through a system of dynamic movement and flow aka transient hypofrontality.

Growing up I always had psychic and mediumship abilities and believed that everyone had these same abilities. I remember being seven years old telling my extremely catholic mother that we have multiple lives and come back many times taking on different forms and lessons. She hushed me telling me to keep that to myself and not to let the church hear these beliefs. That’s when I knew I was different. For years I passively nurtured my abilities, letting them grow on their own as I aged. However, at nineteen years old I met a woman named Bobbie, another psychic medium who read tarot cards. Bobbie took me under her wing and taught me everything she knew and continues to be a mentor to me today. I continued my personal growth in tarot and spiritual teachings throughout my twenties, but after marriage and becoming wrapped up in my career I let this side of me fall by the wayside. My husband and I went on to have two children and I continued working. It wasn’t until I lost my mother in 2007 that I looked back into the spiritual teachings desperate to make a connection to her. Through this exploration I found teachings of energy healings such as Reiki, Emotion Code, Quantum Touch, and Pranic Healing, all of which I practice in today helping those around me. Nettle is also a musician, and arranged and wrote music and sang with a band back in Seattle days. Nettle’s natural habitat in St Pete is literary and musical open mics (and admits to a guilty love of karaoke). Probably almost every story you know starts this way, more or less. “Once upon a time, there was something or someone. And every day, the same old thing happened. Until one day something changed, and then the poop really hit the fan…and that was just the beginning. Until FINALLY…”
You can deconstruct almost any storyline in Western literature or film and find this “story spine” inside it. (Go on. Try it.) In this workshop, we will be learning to build on this spine to improvise stories as a group.
And because song is as ingrained in our souls as story, we will then improvise a capella music, listening to each other and using our voices and the percussion of our bodies to build compositions. (Google “Bobby McFerrin circle songs.” He’s a master.)
Finally, we will co-create a story with a score that we build in the moment.
We might make something funny, moving, sad, angry, silly…whatever we bring is ourselves and it’s good. And if nothing else, I’m pretty sure we’ll have fun.

In this class, we learn the art of communication with others. This interaction with others is a reflection of our dialogue with ourself & the Creator. As we harness this skills to communicate through words and sounds we can also tune into our intention for the class/ series and see where we can communicate more clearly.

The Big Picture:
In this class, we will be tuning into how powerful our emotional being is and how it is connected to the cycles of the moon. As we keep this in mind, we focus on our intention for the class & the series & how important our emotional state is when manifesting. Essentially, we are sending our vibrations out the Youinverse/Universe which is a special language. This is why being in our heart space, which is the previous step is so important because we can choose to amplify this vibration with our deep emotions from our soul.
This series is to give you the sacred space to explore each zodiac energy individually through an activity and on your own time integrate your experience to go deeper on your journey. We are experiencing this series over 12 weeks (the 12 core classes) with also several intro classes and the last celebration class/ festival. Through these 12 classes its important to set an intention and watch your intention grow into your manifestation as you nurture your intention through each class.
