En: A snowy day was turning towards evening as Marek, Zuzana, and Jozef climbed up the narrow path toward the old ruins of the castle.

En: Marek's eyes sparkled, while Zuzana frowned and checked the time on her watch.

Sk: „Marek, búrka môže prísť každú chvíľu.
En: "Marek, the storm could come any minute.

Sk: Mali by sme sa vrátiť,“ varovala Zuzana, zatiaľ čo Jozef mlčky skúmal oblohu.

En: "The castle holds secrets, but the unknown isn’t always safe," he said with a deep voice, laden with the weight of years spent guarding one particular secret.

En: It was on the day of the Three Kings, when traditionally, tales of miracles and heroes mixed with magical and mysterious stories on the journey.

Sk: V zasneženej Bratislave, kde mráz maľoval okná kaviarní bielymi kryštálikmi, bola jedna malá, útulná kaviareň na hlavnej ulici.

Sk: V tejto kaviarni sa stretli Marek, Zuzana a Jana.
En: In this café, Marek, Zuzana, and Jana met.

Sk: Práve bol deň Troch kráľov, a všade boli malé hviezdy ozdobené svetielkami.
En: It was the day of the Three Kings, and small stars adorned with lights were everywhere.

Sk: Marek, mladík s pobehujúcimi vlasmi a večným úsmevom, mal pred očami jeden cieľ.
En: Marek, a young man with unruly hair and a perpetual smile, had one goal in mind.

En: He wanted to impress Zuzana, who was sitting across from him and chatting with Jana.

Sk: Marek veril, že malý trik s kávou by mohol byť správnym začiatkom.
En: Marek believed a little coffee trick might be the right beginning.

Sk: „Pozri sa, čo dokážem,“ povedal Marek a s odvahou uchopil tácku s tromi šálkami kávy.
En: "Look what I can do," said Marek, and with courage, he grabbed a tray with three cups of coffee.

En: He was about to show his balancing act, which he had never really practiced properly, but he wasn't lacking ambition.

Sk: Zuzana sa usmiala, jej oči sa zaleskli zvedavosťou.
En: Zuzana smiled, her eyes shimmering with curiosity.

En: Marek, with enthusiasm, lifted the tray and tried to keep it level, but then his hand shook.

En: Coffee spilled onto his shirt, and Marek stood in a moment of confusion and surprise, all splattered.

Sk: Na okamih zavládlo ticho.
En: For a moment, silence prevailed.

Sk: Potom sa kaviarni začal ozývať Zuzanin smiech.
En: Then Zuzana's laughter began to echo in the café.

En: Her laughter was like summer rain, refreshing and genuine.

Sk: Marek, namiesto toho, aby skryl tvár, pripojil sa k smiechu.
En: Marek, instead of hiding his face, joined in the laughter.

Sk: Čoskoro sa smiali všetci traja.
En: Soon all three were laughing.

Sk: Aj ostatní hostia sa pousmiali nad vtipnou situáciou.
En: Even the other guests smiled at the amusing situation.

Sk: „Marek, na budúce trošku viac trénuj,“ povedala Jana s úsmevom a podala mu servítku.
En: "Marek, maybe practice a bit more next time," said Jana with a smile and handed him a napkin.

Sk: „Asi je lepšie byť sám sebou, než sa niekoho snažiť ohromiť takto,“ uznal Marek a utrel si košeľu.
En: "It's probably better to be yourself than to try to impress someone like this," admitted Marek and wiped his shirt.

En: Zuzana looked at him with understanding...

En: "Are you looking for something special?" he asked while showing him various products.

Sk: "Možno tieto ručne robené šatky... Alebo krásne sviečky?"
En: "Maybe these handmade scarves... Or beautiful candles?"

Sk: Marcel sa usmial, ale stále rozmýšľal.
En: Marcel smiled, but he was still thinking.

En: It's truly beautiful, made of real paper and hand-bound."

Sk: V Korune zimného večera, keď mestské svetlá Košíc osvetľovali zasnežené ulice, St. Silvestrovská katedrála svätej Alžbety pôsobila ako pokojný úkryt pre tých, čo hľadali útočisko.
En: In the crown of a winter evening, when the city lights of Košice illuminated the snowy streets, the St. Elizabeth Cathedral appeared to be a serene refuge for those seeking sanctuary.

En: Miroslav entered the cathedral, his steps muffled on the ancient stone floors.

Sk: Vzduch bol naplnený teplom sviečok a vôňou vianočného kadidla.
En: The air was filled with the warmth of candles and the scent of Christmas incense.

Sk: Miroslav sa cítil osamelý v tomto novom meste a hľadal hlbší zmysel a spoločnosť.
En: Miroslav felt lonely in this new city and was searching for deeper meaning and companionship.

Sk: Na druhej strane lode sedela Zuzana.
En: On the other side of the nave sat Zuzana.

Sk: Pred ňou ležal skicár, kde kreslila ohromujúce gotické oblúky a pestro zdobené vitráže.
En: Before her lay a sketchbook in which she was drawing the stunning Gothic arches and intricately decorated stained glass windows.

Sk: Farebné lúče svetla sa filtrovali cez sklo a jej prsty jemne mapovali ich cestu na papier.
En: Colored rays of light filtered through the glass, and her fingers gently traced their path onto the paper.

En: But despite the beauty around her, Zuzana was immersed in thoughts of her future and her artistic dreams.

Sk: Miroslav si všimol Zuzaninu sústredenú tvár a obrázky, ktoré ožívali na jej stránkach.
En: Miroslav noticed Zuzana's focused face and the images that came to life on her pages.

En: He wasn't sure if he had the courage to approach her, but the feeling of emptiness eventually led him to gently step towards her.

Sk: "To je nádherné," poznamenal, ukazujúc na jej skicu.
En: "That's beautiful," he remarked, pointing at her sketch.

En: Zuzana looked up and smiled, surprised yet pleased with his comment.

Sk: "Ďakujem," odpovedala Zuzana.
En: "Thank you," replied Zuzana.

Sk: V hlase mala tón otvorenosti, ktorý ho povzbudil.
En: Her voice had a tone of openness that encouraged him.

Sk: "Milujem túto katedrálu. Je plná histórie a inšpirácie."
En: "I love this cathedral. It's full of history and inspiration."

Sk: Ako rozprávali, zvonku sa ozýval jemný ľadový vietor, napĺňajúci chladom ulice.
En: As they talked, a gentle icy wind could be heard from outside, filling the streets with cold.

Sk: Vnútri bolo však teplo a ich rozhovor začal plynúť.
En: Inside, however, it was warm, and their conversation began to flow.

En: Miroslav talked about his move to Košice, about how he hadn't yet acclimated and was looking for something to fulfill him.

Sk: Zuzana, stále s chybnými pochybnosťami v srdci, začala rozprávať o svojich dilemách medzi stabilným zamestnaním...

En: But he wasn't ready to talk about it.

Sk: Večer plynul a atmosféra bola pokojná, avšak plná nepovedaného.
En: The evening flowed, and the atmosphere was peaceful, yet full of unspoken words.

Sk: Matej cítil, ako napätie rastie a nakoniec, keď hodiny ukázali desať minút pred polnocou, zhlboka sa nadýchol.
En: Matej felt the tension growing, and finally, when the clock showed ten minutes to midnight, he took a deep breath.

Sk: „Posaďte sa, prosím," začal, snažiac sa najprv zachytiť ich pohľady.
En: "Please sit down," he began, trying first to catch their eyes.

En: "I'm afraid this might be the last year we're here together like this," he admitted quietly.

Sk: „Život sa mení, viem to. Chcem len, aby sme tu boli jeden pre druhého."
En: "Life is changing, I know. I just want us to be there for each other."

Sk: Zuzana zodvihla zrak a prikývla.
En: Zuzana looked up and nodded.

Sk: Na malebnom námestíčku v srdci utopického susedstva na slovenskej dedine, zima ukazovala svoju krásu.
En: On a picturesque small square in the heart of a utopian neighborhood of a Slovak village, winter was showing off its beauty.

Sk: Stromy a domy boli pokryté mäkkou vrstvou snehu, zatiaľ čo sa obyvatelia pripravovali na oslavy Silvestra.
En: Trees and houses were covered with a soft layer of snow, while the residents prepared for New Year's Eve celebrations.

Sk: Dokonalú róbu zimnej krásy dopĺňali jasne svietiace svetlá a jemný praskot vánku, ktorý rozvieval jemné vločky.
En: The perfect robe of winter beauty was complemented by brightly shining lights and the gentle crackle of the breeze, which scattered delicate snowflakes.

En: Marek, a meticulous engineer with a penchant for order, stood in the square next to Jana, an enthusiastic artist with a constant smile, and Zuzana, a down-to-earth thinker with a longing for comfort and warmth.

En: Their goal was to build a snowman that would differ from conventional notions of perfection and show everyone that beauty can exist in chaos.

Sk: "Rýchlo, začnime, kým tie roboty opäť neprídu," šepol Marek.
En: "Quick, let's start before the robots come again," Marek whispered.

Sk: Vedel, že technologicky vyspelé snehové roboty, ktoré čistili každú vločku snahu vrátiť vzdušnu čistotu, boli blízko.
En: He knew that the technologically advanced snow-clearing robots, which cleaned every snowflake in an effort to restore the air's purity, were nearby.

En: Jana laughed: "Maybe we can show them that a bit of disorder can be nice!"

En: Zuzana wrapped herself in a scarf: "As long as I don't freeze, but I'm ready!"

Sk: "Chvíľu kopali sneh, smiali sa a vymýšľali, aký tvar by ich snehuliak mohol mať.
En: For a while, they shoveled snow, laughed, and brainstormed what shape their snowman might take.

En: It was a race against time because as their work took shape, the robots approached, clearing the snow in the effort to achieve the square's perfection.

Sk: Zima im štipal do líc, ale odhodlanie ich hrialo zvnútra.
En: The cold nipped at their cheeks, but their determination warmed them from within.

Sk: Marek dostal plán.
En: Marek had a plan.

Sk: "Poďme ozdobiť námestie viac, než sú roboti zvyknutí!
En: "Let's decorate the square more than the robots are used to!

Sk: Rozptýlime ich!
En: We'll distract them!"

Sk: "Rýchlo začali zavesovať ďalšie girlandy a pridávať farebné balóny na stromy.
En: Quickly, they started hanging more garlands and adding colorful balloons to the trees.
