Thanks for joining me here where we get our shift together! On my mystical quest on being exactly who the fuck I am and becoming the leveled up versions of myself, I've found that this is less about improving oneself and more about shifting our perspective so let's look at things from all different angles and power up together!

Happy New Year. This year, I'm focusing more of my attention to LOVE especially in a world where we are connected more to lovelessness or committing to seeing where love doesn't exist.

I loved a man for 12 years, and it wasn't my husband, and I came clean to that person, to my husband and to myself.

When you try to protect your partner from their shitty feelings, you're communicating that you don't trust them -- you don't trust their judgement, their ability get through the shit they're going through.
DO YOU TRUST THEM? If not, looks like you have some work to do there, and the rest of the work (all that shittiness) is not your responsibility. You've got to let them go through it. They'll find out from this experience that they are super resilient and you just stay by their side through it all.

Small discomfort for long term game. I want my children to know they are worthy. They know more than I do how worthy they are and when children ask me WHY CAN'T WE DO or HAVE x, y, z. I will stop and think forreal why can't we? Sometimes the answer is I don't know. Sometimes the answer is, "actually, we can." I love to give myself the permission now to say we deserve this too and model that for my children.
This episode is about how a simple hair cut helped me feel worthy, and the simple things we do for ourselves can add up.
